Welcome to your beach escape at Seychelles Resort Unit 1205, a beautifully styled 12th-floor, 1-bedroom condo with a bunk room offering stunning Gulf views and a peaceful atmosphere on the east end of Panama City Beach.
Wake up each morning to the sunrise over the ocean from the king master suite, which features direct balcony access and a private en-suite bathroom. The hallway twin bunk area is perfect for kids or extra guests, while the sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
The open living space is bright and welcoming, decorated in modern beach-chic style, and opens to a private balcony overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, whether you're preparing breakfast before the beach or winding down after a day of exploring.
Seychelles Resort is known for its relaxed, uncrowded feel and excellent amenities, including two resort-style pools (one seasonally heated), hot tubs, and a fitness center.
Located near St. Andrews State Park, local restaurants, shopping, and attractions, this condo offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience.
- Parking: Please note that there is a $40 fee for your parking passes & pool wristbands. This is included in your total when booking & is listed as 'Resort Fee.' These will be in the unit when you check in. Please display the parking pass in your vehicle at all times or you will be subject to towing. You MUST leave the parking passes in the unit upon check-out or a you will be charged for each missing pass/band. There are no assigned parking spots.
- Parking in the parking deck is limited to 1 vehicle. There are no assigned spots. If you have additional vehicles, please be aware that there is an overflow lot but it is a few miles away. This is due to parking deck maintenance so HOA has put restrictions on number of cars in the deck.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
