🚭 No Smoking/Vaping
No smoking and/or vaping inside the house or on balconies. Any smoke odor or damage may result in extra cleaning charges of $250 as well as payment to the Host/Host on any damages to furnishings, and household items during your stay.

To save time, you can register and pay in advance through the Tidewater HOA site
NOTE: The parking garage is accessed via a ramp and has a maximum height clearance of 7 feet. Vehicles exceeding this height will not be able to enter.
