Check in was a breeze and the view was wonderful! There is only one available parking space in the condo parking garage (Make sure to drive nothing bigger than a crossover; parking is TIGHT!) The over flow parking holds about 12 vehicles. Nearby city parking is the next street over and is 12 per day. Good location, plenty of restaurants and only 2 blocks from Walmart. There were no large pots, skillets or sheet pans but we brought those with us. Plenty of utensils plates etc. This is an older condo so it had some dings; furniture was mostly new, beds were clean. The ceiling fans, return vent and washing machine are in need of a good cleaning but everything else was decently clean minus a little dust. We had a great time and would definitely go back; you can’t beat the price for a 4 br condo!

Location is close to everything and the property is ok on most things. Items to be aware of: the bathroom light in the first bedroom on the left flashes while you have the vent on - the mattresses in the bunks are dated and not very comfortable - the shower in the same room has either very hot water or almost no pressure when you try to blend it with cold water for a warm shower. It’s a great place for a large group, but maintenance should give the condo a deep look over and ensure everything is working properly.

Condo was perfect for my family. The rooms were spacious. The view of the beach and ocean are amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The only negatives are the kitchen items. The pots and pans need an update. There are no large pots or large frying pans. There needs to be more forks, there are only 7. Lastly there is no pantry or anywhere to put food/snacks. A stand alone cabinet/shelf by the table would work great, there is plenty of room. These are really small items though. And just a suggestion. This place is beautiful and in a great area. Walmart is less than a 1/2 mile away. Great diner across the street. Shipwreck for souvenirs, decorations, chairs and a lot more are just across the street. The parking spot in the garage is in a great location with a lot for room to open doors. I have a van and had no problem parking, getting in or out. I would highly recommended the particular condo.

We had a great experience. Only complaints were tight parking garage and slow/hot/stinky elevators. The beach service chairs took up so much room on the beach which crowded guests who weren’t using them out or required 6am wake up time to set up tent close enough to condo but still on water.

Enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. We were able to walk to some restaurants and stores. The unit had plenty of room for our group of eight. It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The pool was well maintained and clean. We stayed on the sixth floor and had no problem getting an elevator when needed. The kitchen does need more utensils (there was only one fork), we ended up using plastic utensils. The toilet in the bathroom off the living area needs some major work. It looks like attempts have been made to reset it, but it is not functional. There should be some notation in the unit that the faucet and shower water gets very hot, very quickly. The overflow parking area fills up quickly with nonpaying guests going to the beach and the adjacent ice cream store. Even with the few negatives I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Very good

We I enjoyed our stay. We loved the location we have stayed here before and will be back. The kitchen is really small but that’s ok. We would have liked to have had more kitchen towels and wash clothes. One of each is horrible. That is something that really needs to be corrected. Also more towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Had to wash them too often. Other than that everything was perfect. The price was good for being right on the beach.

Condo was okay, host was great.

Host was great, but I am not sure the condo was “cleaned” before we got there. Floor was definitely not swept properly. Bed sunk in, in one spot so was not easy to sleep at all. My itinerary was not correct, said I was in one room and had to call to get the correct room. Pool code was incorrect and we had to ask someone else staying there for the correct code. Overall had an okay stay, but would not pay the price we paid, to stay here again. But the host had great communication!

panama city

Property was good. Property manager for unit was bad.(Emerald Coast)When we arrived their was broken lamp. Had to report it 3 times before corrected.On site was very good they kept every clean. Enjoyed the gas grills as I like to grill a lot of foods.

Great location, comfortable place, best deck on PCB.

We loved our stay. The condo was in a great location and it accommodated our entire family so well. The best features of this unit was two oceanfront master suites; every bedroom has a private bathroom, and the deck is HUGE and was where we spent so much of our time.

A Little Piece of Heaven!

Four best friends spent a week in this beautiful condo and we hope to be back next year! The beach is gorgeous, and we enjoyed the sunsets every night from our balcony. There are lots of spots to shop and have dinner on the beach front!

Annual family vacation

The condo was very nice. The view was amazing. There was a few issues. All of the mattresses were very worn out. The literally had indentions were they were so worn out. The only other issue i had was we were not told that there was only one parking spot in the condo garage.Therefore one had a parking pass,but the overflow was always full. The 3rd car had to pay 84.00 to park. This was very disappointing.

Happiness for everyone!

We had two families stay in this condo, and there was plenty of room for all of us - loved the two master suites! We had 3 teens with us, so they loved the location - walking distance to shops and restaurants. My husband loved the local bar scene that he could walk to. :) My favorite part was the balcony. I had my morning coffee out there - overlooking the ocean. It was amazing. The water is clear and pretty and the beach clean with that soft white sand. The pool was clean, and you could find times where it wasn't too busy. We were able to find parking in the overflow parking, but it was pretty busy there at all times. We only drove when necessary. All in all, it was a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay! Condo is very spacious and comfortable. We had a bit of a cleanliness issue at the beginning. Cleaners were sent in pretty quickly and took care of it. Overall, it was a great week!

Great Family Vacay

Condo was just as described and nice and clean. Loved having four bathrooms for our crowd of 10. Great balcony to enjoy coffee and the view. The room with the bunks are more for kids as they are a little small. Parking would be the only negative. The parking garage on Saturday when everyone else is getting there and figure things out is very chaotic. It is very tight if you have a truck and if you have another vehicle they go across the road if there is a space available. Overall great place to stay!!

Great place - great location!

Unit was as sold in the property details. Extremely spacious and comfortable for our group of nine. Place was clean and had an incredibly large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Family Vaca

Was worried about Ocean Ritz I never stayed here, but we loved every minute of this vacation! the patio was amazing we spent most of our time out there. Rooms was spacious clean was nice up to date, Walking distance to shops, restaurants. the parking was a little scary if you drove a van or XL truck or Suv but over all a GREAT PLAC

Stayed January and February. My family came to visit a son, a daughter, and a granddaughter. Then also, my sisters came three of them and two of them with spouses. It was a good location little problem with parking we had to use the public pay parking as your only allowed to parking slots, one in the parking garage, and one in the overflow and we had, more than two cars so wasn’t happy about that that I couldn’t get one extra ticket as the public parking was never full while we were there. There was always extra spaces available. Small pool and hot tub for comfortably, but I saw as many as six and eight, and some of them standing room only, but it was very nice and easy access to the beach for long-term stays. The kitchen was really too small didn’t have any place to store cooking supplies except for right on the countertop so other than that I’d like the unit and it was very convenient centrally located in Panama City Beach.

Loved Our Vacation Rental

We loved our vacation rental. It was very roomy for our large crew. Being right on the beach and in walking distance of nearly everything was extremely nice. Sitting out on the balcony sipping coffee and waking up slowly to the sound of the waves in perfect peace was a highlight of our day. When we arrived we had someone in our parking spot. We reached out to property management and our call and text was answered promptly. Because of limited parking, there’s lots of people temporarily parking to get their luggage unloaded, so if someone is in your parking spot, wait a few minutes because that’s most likely what’s going on. The condo was exactly as described. The bed in the bunk room is a twin and not a double. There were lots of towels, dishwasher pods, soap, body wash, and shampoo provided. Paper products provided were toilet tissue and one paper towel roll. The extra parking and public parking are directly across the street. When arriving there was quite a bit of hustle and bustle by the elevator because of so many people trying to get to their condos, but the elevators are big and fast. Lots of luggage carts are provided by elevators. This property is clean in the public areas. Over all the condo was adequately clean. It’s obvious it’s a rental with wear and tear, but it was clean. The beach is clean and the white sands are beautiful. There are plenty of beach chairs for daily rental. The condo had a net and some boggy boards. We would definitely stay again.

4th bedroom was listed as a queen bed and a set of triple bunks, however it was a twin bed and a set of triple bunks. We notified the customer service and was told that as long as everyone had a bed then it should b ok. Was suppose to contact us back and never did. I sent two emails regarding bathroom issues and no response. However we were contacted and asked not to use two of our four showers due to water leaking into the unit under us. We specifically booked this unit due to the bedroom listings due to having 8 adults and two children.(2king rooms, one queen room and one queen room with a set of triple bunks) That was definitely disappointing. The condo is very spacious. Kitchen well stocked with what u need for cooking. I would still like to speak to someone about the issues

Vacation 2023

Had a great time. It was very nice. The only problem was one of the bathroom tubs had a problem draining. But that is a easy fix. Loved having 4 bathrooms with all the teenagers. Personally I loved the big balcony. The adults spent a lot of time out there. Would go back again.
