Guest access:
Our guests love our location just off the Boulevard in our quiet neighborhood. There is space for 4 cars, one behind the other, on the driveways in front of the units.

Both homes are completely yours while you are staying with us. The patio and balcony are for our guests only. There is an adjoining gate that shares access between the patios.

We are available via messaging or phone if you need anything, as we are not on the property.

If you're staying for more than 10 days and plan on using the hot tub, we will need to check the hot tub water during your stay.

There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the home, and dogs are only allowed if they have been put on your booking and are under 50 pounds. We have a 2 dog maximum.

Any misuse of the hot tub will result in an excessive cleaning fee of $200, plus the cost to repair any damage.
