The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The condo also includes a cozy alcove with built-in bunk beds, a pull-out sofa bed in the living area, and an additional full bath, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

For your convenience, our fully equipped kitchen includes all the modern amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit to make your vacation hassle-free.

Baseball tournament beach trip

This condo was perfect for our small group of 3. We love staying at Seychelles and the condo was updated and comfortable. The place was clean and nicely equipped. We enjoyed a few days at the beach and the resort is not far from the sports park. We would definitely stay at the condo again if returning to PCB.

PCB Getaway

We live in Upstate NY or the last four years my husband and I have visited Panama City Beach five times. We chose this location for the proximity to our daughter and her husband who live in Columbus, Georgia. We have always stayed at Regency Towers but decided to try Seychelles this year and are so glad we did. Our condo owner was extremely friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The condo is tastefully decorated, equipped with everything we needed and very clean. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean and accompanying sunsets from the 12th floor. Our daughter and son in law are moving back to NY this summer as he has been reassigned to Fort Drum so we probably will not visit Panama City Beach again, but if we ever did we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo, clean and spacious, right on the beach with restaurants within walking distance

The condo is just beautiful with everything we needed. The photos are accurate, and I think it's even cuter in person. Watching the sunsets from the balcony was amazing, and there is a company that rents beach chairs/umbrellas and jet-skis right on site. Kids loved the pool...I loved that it was walking distance to the state park where we could watch surfers and see dolphins play. Schooners restaurant is next door and they have a great menu and bar, and Shore Shack pizza is .2 miles away. Communication with the owners was great, and the cost more than reasonable for the quality of the condo/resort.

Wonderful Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo has everything you need for a home away from home. Sitting on the beachfront balcony and watching the waves is truly relaxing and beautiful! The owners are extremely easy to work with and answer each question quickly. It was a true blessing to spend time there.

Great view of the Gulf

Mango Sunset is located in the residential section of Panama City Beach. So the beach is less crowded and than the commercial section. The unit was clean and in decent contrition. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family vacation

Quick and easy online payment. The condo looked exactly like it was posted. Some places we've stayed after online paying did not look the same. Staff was always cleaning around the building and lots of things to do out and around the condo with the luxury of not being in the main strip with all the traffic. Really enjoyed our stay.

The stay at this Condo was perfect for my husband and our boys! It was a beautiful Thanksgiving getaway they even had a chance in getting in the ocean! And the Dolphins where just the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back Thanks Again Matthew

The fan in living room would not go any higher than low. Bedroom only to medium. Sheets on bedroom bed were too small and kept coming off the mattress and top sheet just barely covered the top of the bed. No reserved beach chairs as in all years past. Cheap, old, small, very low to the ground chairs in closet we were told to use. U could barely get up out of them on the sand. Everything else was ok.

We had a great time. Matthew was very easy to work with. The weather was a lot colder than we expected, so we were VERY thankful for the heated pool and hot tub. We look forward to returning.
