Come stay in this little gem in Carillon Beach. Recently updated with all new interiors & upscale furnishings. Carillon is a centrally located beach village less than 10 minutes east of 30A and 10 minutes west of Pier Park in Panama City Beach. In addition to restaurants & shop located downstairs from condo, there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within 5 minute drive. Walk to pools & beach in less than 5 minutes.

Our condo obviously has been recently upgraded with lovely furnishings, great shower and super comfy bed. This was our first time to stay at the Carillon Beach community and enjoyed the uncrowded beach and access to multiple pools with shops/restaurants all within a short walk. Easy drive to the airport and lots of PCB and Rosemary Beach restaurants and stores within easy driving distance.

We have rented homes in the Carillon neighborhood a couple of times. The condo was a great size for my husband and I. Nice having so many pools to choose from. The condo was clean and convenient to eateries.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was such a fresh and clean space. The kitchen is so nice and we really enjoyed the walk-in shower. The bed was so insanely comfortable. As always, cannot beat the proximity to the beach and having the Carillon Market St restaurants next door. We have stayed in 3 different properties at the Carillon Beach Inn & Resort and we determined that this was our favorite. Cannot wait to stay here again!

The location and amenities were perfect. The pools/hot tubs were lovely and access to the beach was great. The condo is beautifully redecorated.

Clean. Well stocked. Good Location. Exactly as advertised. You get what you see/read. Which was what we wanted. Owner was very responsive to questions and check in process...which was very simple.

My family has been coming to Carillon Beach for 15 years but this was my first time staying in the condos in this neighborhood. This condo was the perfect amount of space for my wife and I. It is recently updated and very nice. We did have a maintenance issue later in our stay that was out of the hosts and our control. Theresa was very accommodating and had great communication throughout our stay and during this issue that we experienced. Overall our stay was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Very well constructed with premium towels and a very nice cleaning service with cute touches like the origami folding of the washcloths etc. Everything worked and was high quality. Did not spend a lot of time there, as I was visiting family in another location, and just slept and showered there--although it had everything you needed if you wished to eat there and prepare meals

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The host/owner was extremely helpful, easy and accurate check in, and the room was beautiful and extremely clean. Great location, would recommend to anyone looking for a great place at the beach.

Good condo for two people. Unit is small but has everything you need and is nicely furnished. Location is in a cute quiet community with pools and direct beach access. Never crowded at the beach or the pools. Loved having the beach service included.

The unit was well decorated. Very comfortable. Love the location right downtown Carillon. Easy walk to the beach. We used Walkover 3 and had our loungers moved there. Easier walk. We have friends that own a house in Carillon and they use walkover 3. Publix and Winn Dixie are so close. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pond and could see the ocean. Just a few things could be addressed. The towels were very thin and could offer a few more since the unit does not have a washer and dyer. Also, there could be a few more pots and pans. I would recommend this unit. Had a wonderful time.

We had such a wonderful vacation! The condo was very clean, modern, and updated. The bed was very comfortable. The condo has a great location and the pools were very clean! The only challenge is the walk to the beach so i do suggest bikes or rental of a golf cart. Definitely will stay here again!!

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property!! Walk to the beach is not bad, especially with the loungers & umbrella included! Pools & neighborhood were really cool!
