Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 READ DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.

This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

PLEASE MESSAGE PROPERTY MANAGER FOR CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE FROM COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION FOR DETAILS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION. CONSTRUCTION UPDATES ARE PROVIDED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION APPROXIMATELY EVERY TWO WEEKS.

During the full month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach; however, alcohol is allowed in all pool areas. Beach access times may be restricted by the City of Panama City Beach during March. Typically beach gate access is restricted from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the month of March.

This condo has key-less entry. Your requested number of car passes will be in the condo on the date of check in. The door code is sent to the personal email address the guest entered when booking the reservation. There are (8) pool bands in the condo. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo on the refrigerator.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of America's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools(seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. The Hang Out Bar and Grill is conveniently located at the Lagoon Pool.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street--not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage!

This 3-bedroom condo is located in Tower 2 on the 11th floor, The unit number is 1101. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This condo includes two beach chairs with an umbrella March 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.

All of the bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. Tower 2 is adjacent to both the Lagoon Pool on the west side and a Polynesian Pool on the east side. There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4.

The condo features floor to ceiling windows providing all rooms with incredible views of the beach, emerald blue waters, and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. By far the best floor plan in Panama City Beach. All bedrooms and living and dining area have full on Gulf view with floor to ceiling windows in each room!!!!!

The primary suite has a king bed and balcony access. The second bedroom has a king bed, seating area for two and balcony access. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a private balcony with seating for two. Each of the bathrooms are adjacent to the bedrooms and have dual sinks and tub/shower combinations.

This condo has been renovated and has a gorgeous new kitchen with new kitchen cabinetry, appliances, quartz counter tops, backsplash and large walk-around island.

Kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and seating is no problem--dining table for six and seating for three at the breakfast bar. Unit is equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. No public laundry here!

The living room has a sectional sofa and accent chair. The dining room has seating for 8 and the breakfast bar has seating for 3.

This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older. During the summer season (last week in May until the first week in August) the minimum stay is 7-nights Saturday to Saturday only.

This condo can accommodate 8 guests. There are two king beds and two queen beds in the condo. Each bedroom has its own adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combination.

The condo has been newly painted and has been furnished with gorgeous, brand new coastal furnishings.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Golf, zoo, water park, Pier Park outdoor mall, theaters, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are just a short drive away.
