Please note: While your indoor living spaces are 100% private with no shared interior access, the outdoor backyard oasis features shared exterior amenities with guests staying in Side B:

- Temperature-Controlled Heated Pool: Enjoy swimming year-round in the resort-style pool (heating available October through March for an additional fee).
- Backyard Dock on Camp Creek Lake: Access the boat dock directly from the yard to fish, launch a kayak, or paddleboard along the coastal dune lake.
- Lakefront Fire Pit: Gather around the custom fire pit for evening drinks, stargazing, and late-night s'mores by the water.

THE SPACE & LAYOUT
- Multi-Level Layout: This is a 4-story duplex connected by interior and exterior staircases, with no elevator. Please plan accordingly if stairs are a concern for anyone in your group, and supervise young children closely near all stairwells.

- Custom Bunk Room for Kids: Built specifically with younger guests in mind, offering cozy and fun bunk sleeping arrangements.

HOUSE RULES & GUIDELINES
- Stairs: For everyone's safety, please note this is a 4-story home with several interior and exterior staircases and no elevator — it is not accessible for guests who require step-free living. Adults, please keep a close eye on kids near all stairwells. Questions about the layout? Just ask before booking!
- Exterior Amenities: are SHARED with guests renting opposite side of duplex. For example, pool, boat dock, fire pit and 1st deck.
- Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
- Age & Agreement Requirements: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and must sign the rental agreement prior to receiving access codes for platform compliance.
- Occupancy: Maximum of 10 total guests allowed (up to 10 adults, maximum 7 children). Children must have adult supervision at all times.
- Booking Rules: Minimum 2-night stay required. Bookings must be placed at least 1 day prior to arrival.
- Wifi: Do not unplug the google mesh system located throughout the home - it is vital for our WiFi.
- No Smoking or Vaping: No smoking or vaping of any substance allowed inside or on the property premises.
- No Pets: No pets are permitted in the home due to severe allergy concerns.
- No Events or Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited unless authorized by owner. HOA rules strictly enforced (violators evicted without refund).
- Quiet Hours: 11pm to 7am please be considerate of neighbors.
- OOPS: If something gets broken during your stay, please be honest and report it to me so that I will have time to repair before the next guests arrive.
- Washer and Dryer: Please shake off all sand before putting into the machines. The sand will lock up the motors. Also, do not overload the washer.
- A/C: Please make sure all windows and doors are closed when air condition is on.
