    Vi ER Carillon Beach huslejer. Ikke kun tilbyder vi en udvalgt samling af avancerede Carillon-huse til ferieudlejning, men vi bor også på fuld tid i Carillon Beach. At bo i samfundet unikt gør det muligt for os straks at svare på uventede problemer, der opstår under dit ophold.

    TILGÆNGELIG BEGYNNING 6. JUNI. Med en rummelig 3180 kvadratmeter luksuriøs high-end er Kindness Matters ideel til familier og kan prale af flere samle- / underholdningsområder. Denne nye ferie strand hjem med udsigt over Carillon-søen. Centralt beliggende i Carillon Beach giver nem adgang til centrum, strand, puljer, tennisbaner og legeplads.

Great House!

We loved everything about this house. It was perfect in every way. The bedrooms are spacious and we loved that each room had its on bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The living space is very comfortable for games and conversations! We will rent this house again!

A Weekend to Remember

Kindness Matters was one of several homes in Carillon Beach used for friends and family for our son’s wedding. However, Kindness Matters was the nicest one of the lot. Our hosts, Karen and her team, took great care of us and everything was perfect. She even answered a few questions while she herself was on vacation out of the country! Thank you for being an integral part of a very important weekend for our family!

We normally stay in Watercolor but came to Carillon for a wedding. We fell in love with the area and truly loved this house. The layout is perfect for bringing your family. It has an open floor plan, is updated, and is decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Florida.

It was very ,very clean. Everything is in great shape, really nice finishes, great kitchen, wide hallways, a lot of living space, outdoor covered fireplace that we used every is great! Great location in Carillon--really close to the Main St/village area, and also really close to two walkovers. And easy for our kids to get to the basketball court. It was our family of 6 and another family of 5, and we all had plenty of room. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back!

The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/grilling, it was nice having beach towels so we didn't have to travel w/them and the proximity to the beach was great! We really enjoyed having a lake view and spent our mornings having breakfast on the porch. The outdoor fireplace was great to have at night (spring break weather is always unpredictable). Couldn't have really wanted anything else. We love this community and loved the house just as much! Grocery store was super convenient and we enjoyed driving to other communities on 30A but having a smaller, less crowded community to come home to! The beach was not crowded like we've seen in other areas of 30A and it was nice having the chairs and umbrellas! We hope to come back for another stay in this same house again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Ample pots and pans, multiple cutting boards, plenty of plates...the beverage fridge and separate ice machine was a very nice bonus!In addition, the house came with plenty of towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. We took advantage of all the community had to offer. We shopped the shops, ate the food, drank the wine, rode the bikes, attended the concerts, used the pools, played the courts, and loved the beach.We are thankful for a great trip. We'll be back again soon!
