The space

Welcome to 'Three Little Shells!'

This gorgeous home is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach or a 1-minute LSV/golf cart ride! Loaded with everything you need and more for the ultimate 30A getaway!!

As you enter the home, you're welcomed into the first-floor foyer, leading to the first bedroom tucked behind a charming barn door. This flexible space features a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, pool table, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor for added convenience.

Step through the sliding glass doors to the screened-in back porch, complete with a refreshing sitting area with TV, outdoor dining table, and built-in outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill + sink + mini fridge. Just beyond the porch is your own private outdoor oasis, featuring a huge private pool (one of the LARGEST on 30A!), hot tub, sun shelf, fire pit, sun loungers, and outdoor shower - perfect for after a day at the beach!

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find a full-sized laundry room along with three spacious bedrooms. First is the master bedroom, featuring a King bed, a walk-in closet, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a large glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The next bedroom features a Queen bed, a walk-in closet, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom on this floor is a bunk room, with three sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Ascending to the heart of the home on the third floor, you'll be greeted with 18-foot vaulted ceilings and oversized windows creating lots of beautiful natural lighting. You're immediately welcomed by the gourmet chef's kitchen, which is complete with a 6-burner stove with a griddle, gorgeous cabinetry, a separate walk-in pantry, and a huge island with seating for 5. Just across from the kitchen is a stylish built-in wet bar, perfect for making morning coffee or evening cocktails. The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly into the dining room with a charming table for 8, and then into the bright and airy living room, which is centered around a cozy fireplace. Also on the second floor, there is a half bathroom as well as the last bedroom which has a King bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

From the living room, large sliding glass doors take you out to the covered balcony with a daybed swing, and a spiral staircase that leads up to the 4th-floor lookout with the most stunning views of the Gulf as well as gorgeous views of Camp Creek Lake!

Additional features throughout the home include automated window shades in all bedrooms, the first-floor living area, and the stairwell, as well as a full-home SONOS speaker system throughout the kitchen, living room, decks, porches, and master bathroom.

This location is exceptional and is perfectly positioned, just a quick walk to the beach plus a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride to some of 30A's most treasured and prestigious destinations like The Big Chill, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach, all of which are less than 1.5 miles away!

Guest access

There is parking for 1 car in the garage along with the LSV/golf cart, and an additional 5-6 spaces in the driveway.

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
