The unit is nicely appointed, clean, and exactly as described. Located in WaterSound Bridges community, shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. With The Hub within walking or biking distance, it is easy to grab a quick snack, a meal, or afternoon drinks.

Great Location. Beautiful property

We just left our stay and it was perfect! We stayed with another family. All kids under 9 years old. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. The master downstairs is substantially larger than the bedroom upstairs just for reference. Walk to the beach isn’t too far. Beds were super comfy. WiFi was not great but it was enough to get by. Cell service is really bad in the area. There was plenty of towels to get us by the week with both families constantly showering between beach and dinner and pool etc. The garage was stocked with beach supplies. Wagon, toys, umbrella, etc. The bikes included with the rental worked perfectly. It’s a short bike ride over to The Big Chill for a quick bite to eat, coffee, or any activities for the family. Great location close to everything! We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in homes managed by several different companies on 30A (including some of the biggest players), but Royal Destinations is the best of all. They communicate thoroughly, are easy to reach at all times, and have considered every detail of the stay so that you and your family will have the best possible vacation. The Golden Pearl is a lovely, well-appointed, renovated and spacious condo in WaterSound. It had everything we could ever need or want to enjoy our Thanksgiving vacation. We loved the convenient access to the pool and beach and the beautiful ocean views. Four bedrooms meant everyone had room to spread out, and Royal Destinations had the place perfectly clean and ready for us. Nothing was broken or out of order. We will be back for sure!

Because of the location the beach is never crowded like some of the other places on 30a. The only downside this time where the flies. Definitely want to look into what time a year they are there because they would bite you off the beach. Place is great !
