**Please note that this complex does NOT have exterior elevators. This unit is on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairs only. There are also stairs in this unit leading to the 2nd bedroom. Once inside, you will find the master bedroom with king-sized bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room (with sleeper sofa) on the first floor. On the 2nd floor of the unit is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Perfect for a couple or small family!
Keoni's Paradise in the Nautical Watch complex is located on the quieter east end of Panama City Beach but still central everything you need as far as dining, shopping, and entertainment! Explore the beauty and nature of the local area as well – St. Andrew's State Park is just minutes down the road. Here you can visit the jetties, fish, snorkel, or take a shuttle to visit Shell Island for the day. You're sure to see several dolphins along the way! There are also several options nearby for the golfers, including Bay Point, Signal Hill, or Holiday. Dining options abound in this area and there is ample shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, just a few miles down the road!
You have access to the complex pool and direct beach access!
AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding.
To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
