We offer great discounts for longer stays. Grand Panama resort Tower II 12th floor. One of the newest and most elegant resorts in Panama City Beach. 3 bedrooms plus a bunk bed alcove 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Couple year round heated pools and hot tubs. There is a seasonal Tiki Bar next to the beachfront pool. Grand Panama resort is located directly on the pristine white sands beach in quiet, somewhat secluded spot far enough from loud big resorts and hotels, yet close to all great restaurants, bars, shops and attractions.
Enjoy sunsets while sipping on your favorite drink on the balcony.
Show off your cooking skills in fully equipped kitchen or use one of several gas grills located by each of the swimming pools. Plenty of dining room: 3 seats at the kitchen bar, 8 seats at the dining table plus several more on the sofas by the coffee table and few more on the balcony. Master bedroom has direct access to the balcony and all three bedrooms have private bathrooms.
There are 65” smart TV sets in the living room and 45-55” smart TV sets in each bedroom. There is also 70 channels cable.
There are brand new (March 2026) queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is also free brand new (May 2023) washer and dryer in the unit.
Our 1500 sq ft condo has 1 king 2 queen beds, a queen size sleeper sofa and twin over full bunk bed. Comfortably sleeps 10 adults or 12 with children.
To register your vehicles and/or pets as well to access all helpful info please visit Grand Panama website. During the season please register way ahead. There is one time fee (the length of your stay does not matter) of $55. It includes parking pass for your vehicle and up to 10 wristbands for your guests. Additional parking pass for the second and 3rd vehicle is $35 each per stay. You can register 2nd vehicle online and 3rd one in person at the front desk during check in. (Sometimes during very busy times in June or July the resort won’t let you register the 3rd car). The resort charges $50 per pet per stay. 30lbs and some breeds limit. After arrival you can pick up passes and wristbands at Tower II guest service desk. ( if you arrive after business hours please call the security person. You will find his/her nr at the front desk and they will deliver it to you) Tower II is located on the city side of Front Beach Rd. To get to tower I and access the beach through a private gate all you have to do is walk through roofed, air conditioned pedestrian bridge between two towers. If you don’t mind crossing the street you can also do it on the ground level.
There are two pools heated year round: one on the tower II garage roof and larger one on the ground level by the beach at tower I.
Both pools are accompanied by hot tubs. At the tower I you will also find small kiddie pool. The beach pool has also seasonal (March-October) tiki bar. Mojitos anyone ? :-) Tower II has fully equipped large gym on level 1 and several vending machines on P5 level. There is small store with beers/wines, snacks and beach essentials on the ground level.

Within walking distance from Grand Panama you will find tens of great restaurants and bars, serving fresh oysters and other seafood all year. Also close by are grocery stores, Walmart and Shipwreck Island Water Park. The Pier Park is 7-10 minutes drive away.

Into fishing ? Catch Grouper, Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red Fish, Blues, Blue Liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails and other species straight from the beach or from near M.B. Miller County Pier. Daily/weekly fishing licenses can be purchased on the spot. Rod rentals, bait and tackle also available on site.
Grill fresh catch or anything you want on one of the few gas grills located at picnic areas by the pools.
Building has 3 spacious and fast elevators.
You can park in the roofed 5 levels parking at tower II or on the adjacent multilevel parking as well newly constructed parking lot. You should find luggage carts on each level of the roofed parking at tower II. From our experience: higher you park easier it is to find them.

Please keep your parking pass on the rear view mirror in your vehicle all the time.

Please do not take bath towels to the beach.

Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach kiosk in front of the resort. Please call the resort for advancing booking of all beach equipment.

On the kitchen counter you will find starter kit that includes couple dishwashing pouches, paper towel, few Keurig cups, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper.

We are a married couple and the condo is one of our two rental properties. Other place is only 2 blocks away right on the beach and sleeps 8 if you need space for more guests. You won't deal with big corporations or hired managers, just us.
