Enjoy the convenience of parking right in front of the door with no elevators to deal with. Come & Experience ultimate privacy with no one above or below, you have the entire home to yourself! Use the brand new street legal golf cart to go from St. Andrews on the East end of Panama all the way to Pier Park etc on the West end. The cart can be used on all of Front beach Rd. Owner uses no rental car only the cart when the family stays.

Imagine a vacation filled with surf, sun, and fun at a dream location. This property is across the street from the beach and offers access to an on-site community beachfront pool, an island play pool for the kids, a private beachfront cafe for quick meals, playgrounds, fitness facilities, pickleball, tennis courts, 18 hole putt putt and more—all just minutes away from your townhome and all FREE.

Create unforgettable memories as you park up to two cars in your private parking spots right in front of the door. No elevators to deal with! Additional car parking can be arranged through the HOA office for $10 per day.

This spacious 4-bedroom townhome offers plenty of room for everyone. One bedroom is located downstairs, while the other three are upstairs. The property features a stocked kitchen, a private patio with a natural gas grill, and various amenities for your comfort and enjoyment.

We had a great stay, the gated community is very nice. Golf cart was an excellent amenity, very close to the beach. The house was perfect for us, only downside was we only had one key card for entering the gated community for 7 of us staying at the house. Other wise a great trip.

We loved the gated community, which made our stay much better with security. Everyone on the private beach was so nice and helpful. We have stayed in a condo on the beach multiple times however the little golf cart ride to the beach is so much better than waiting 30-60 minutes for an elevator. The house had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms were clean. Extra beach items and a cooler was a bonus. The host communicated well. The only negative thing I can say about the property-we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. The information in the book was different than the information on the router, password etc. when I questioned it, I was told yo look on the router and use that information. We still couldn’t connect. We didn’t want to reset it, because the downstairs tv was connected and we didn’t want lose that access. And the floors were really dirty, but it’s on the beach and that’s to be expected. Overall we will definitely stay again.

The home was spacious, clean, well maintained and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The stainless steel appliances were really nice. The golf cart was a lot of fun to drive. Tina was an awesome host - pointed me in the right direction when I had a medical issue. Thanks for everything!!

It was nice to be able to walk the dogs anywhere instead of one small area like most other properties. The kids loved the golf cart, pool, playground and the putt putt. There is only a half bath downstairs so it wouldn't be the best option for someone who has difficulty with stairs.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had four adults and loved that everyone had their own room. The golf cart was a lifesaver and so convenient to get to and from the beach. The beach supply closet was limited (possibly due to past renters) but you can rent chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. They give discounts for multiple days and it was easy to work with them.

Good location, wouldn't book again

Gulf Highlands is a great location with tons of amenities. We booked this house because we needed 4 bedrooms. My understanding is the renters before us (the week of spring break) broke many items (light fixture, blinds, bunk bed, front step), and the hosts cannot control that, but I would have liked to be notified of the issues instead of blindsided with several issues for what I consider to be a lot of money (2500). When I brought these items to the attention of the host, they sent someone over to fix the bed and told us that the bed actually just needed to be removed because the fire marshal said they're over capacity. They also sent over a cleaner because the other bunk bed had beach sand all over it, shower curtain had mildew all over, and we had two roaches. All of the dishes had to be rewashed before use. I did not have a good experience communicating with the hostess. The golf cart isn't street legal. The turn signals do not work, so be careful. Overall, I think the bad renters before us combined with lack of property management caused a really unfortunate situation. I wanted a refund on my cleaning fee because the home was not clean and was not accommodated in that request. Not a good experience.

We were anxious to get our vaca started so we left really early to get our 7 hour drive done but….that put us there a few hours early. We reached out to the owner and they welcomed us a little early to accommodate or early arrival. The neighborhood had literally everything you could want to do inside of the property. We spent a lot of time at the house just enjoying the property and each other. Can not say enough great things about the property and the property owners! 5*s across the board! See y’all soon

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this location! Loved walking around Gulf Highlands. My kids loved all of the pools. The golf cart was also amazing and made it very convenient to get to the beach! I recommend!!

It was wonderful even with some things going wrong.

When we arrived at PCB I called and asked if we could have an early check-in. I was told by a very kind person that the AC was out and would most likely be for the whole trip. The property managers told me they were trying to find something else for us to stay in so it wouldn’t be hot but we said it was completely fine. We didn’t look at it as a terrible thing and took it the best we could. At night we opened windows and it was honestly pretty nice. Throughout the whole process Tina and Ray Starling were terrific. They were asking me if everything was ok and apologizing. Even with the AC going out my crew and I still had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay somewhere with great hosts.

Perfect for what we needed!

We spent the weekend before Christmas in PCB. The golf cart was SUPER handy. It allowed some of our family to explore and go to the beach while we were watching my son play baseball at Publix Sports Park. Tina was AMAZING at responding quickly to any of the questions that I had. She even went above and beyond by allowing us a late check out without even asking! This townhouse was very clean. It was not as big as we thought it would be, but it was still more than enough room for all of us!
