Sandy Retreat at Laketown Wharf, PCB is a Super clean and spacious 2/2 with separate bunk room. Comfortably sleeps MAXIMUM 7 Adults /1 child. Enjoy the sunset from the extra-large balcony! Just across the street from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! We are constantly upgrading and replacing items so that our Guests experience clean and well-maintained accommodations. Fully stocked kitchen for in home dining.

Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Boba Teas, and Ice Cream & Candy Shop on property. Check out 810 Billiards & Bowling located on Property, offering Bowling, Arcade games, Axe throwing, Golf Simulators and Billiards as well as Mugs Milkshakes. Some of the dreamiest milkshakes you could ever imagine! Across the street from Pineapple Willy's and Convenient to everything.

The 14th floor is just high enough to enjoy privacy and low enough to see what's going on down below. Come enjoy a great night's sleep on the most comfortable mattresses you've ever slept on. No Kidding!

Resort Fee is not included for wristbands that access the use of all pools, hot tubs, putting green, gym, pickleball court, cornhole, grilling areas and all common area. A text to purchase will be sent to you.

Must be 25 years old to Book. NO PETS allowed. Video Doorbell for added security. Discounts offered for 7+ night stay. A 3% fee will be charged for all rescheduled booking. All Pay-per-view movies will be charged @ $10.00 each after check-out. 2 parking passes available.

Great family property

The first thing I look at when booking a condo is reviews and this was nothing short of the reviews I seen! Everything was clean, it was spacious, and it had a wonderful view. Our 2 families of 8 fit perfectly and we really enjoyed the room. Also, if I needed anything they were one text away and very prompt at getting back with me. I would recommend for a family getaway!

Perfect Spring Break location!

I loved this condo before I even stepped foot in it due to Sandy’s wonderful communication! After a long drive, it felt like heaven to walk into this large and very clean condo with an amazing view. The condo is much larger than it appears in pictures. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The on-site pools and hot tubs were so fun for us. Another favorite of my kids was the rooftop putting green and that was a great photo opp for me! There are 2 ice cream places right on site that my kids would run down to. We slept amazingly in this condo, beds are so comfortable. Security is top notch at this complex. It was very crowded around Panama City beach due to spring breaks and security was diligent about checking wrist bands and parking passes. They always had a smile and a hello for us despite how busy they were. This was a great choice for our spring break and we made great memories!

Great Family Condo to stay in, in PCB

We were a family of 6 that was easily able to feel comfortable in this condo. The balcony is plenty of space with lots of seating. The decor is beautiful, and the location is great to be near so many restaurants and attractions. Would defiantly stay again.

Home away from Home

Our family of 8 had an amazing trip all because of the perfect location. There’s a ton of stuff to do within walking distance or less then a 3 minute drive if you don’t like the Florida heat. Pineapple Willy’s is literally across the road, Walmart is directly behind the location and many attractions are super close like Ripleys believe it or not, Putt putt and even local beach shops. Everything was very clean and organized. The property manager is a sweet heart and she will do anything she can to help accommodate any needs you may have. My family and I will for sure be staying here again in the near future. The only complaint we had was during our stay the stairs going between floors was closed for repairs which made wait time for elevators even longer.

Family Friendly

We came for PCB Softball World Series. This was a great unit for our family and offered plenty of room and supplies. Easy access to the beach and in a good location for food and activities. Owners were great with communication. If we ever go to PCB again, will definitely consider this unit.

14th floor views

We had a great experience. This place has everything you need- 5 pools, a bar, coffee shop, seafood buffet, hair salon, restaurants, ice cream shops and Walmart across the street! We stayed on the 14th floor and had amazing views! Tom and Sandy’s condo were great hosts and very responsive!

Can’t say enough nice things about this place. The owners were on top of anything we needed help with and answered right away. Condo is super nice!! Everything you need for your stay is there. Lots of pillows and blankets! Beds are super comfy! Not a negative thing to say about this condo. Thank you for a great stay ❤️

Vacation

Property was nice. Slightly late getting in - so we sat outside the room waiting for about 10-15min after 4p for the cleaning lady/crew to finish. However, it was clean overall, went concerns to the property manager and luckily so she found out something that she was unaware of. Overall good property the beach was closed basically everyday (Panama am I right). That was the biggest downfall (but not their fault lol)!

Amazing Hosts and Condo!

My family and I stayed an entire week while my son played in the Global World Series baseball tournament and have no complaints whatsoever! The condo was very clean, views were great, location was perfect, Tom and Sandy were the most attentive hosts we’ve ever had and kept us updated on anything maintenance wise going on at the condo! They literally took time out of their day to text us and let us know about storms rolling through and answered any questions I might have had. The only regret I have with the entire stay, is that I didn’t look to see what brand the mattress was we slept on! I slept like a baby the entire week! Thanks so much for helping us make such great memories!!

Week of Paradise

Condo: Amazing view! Convenient walk to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions - which meant we didnt have to pile in and out of the car and stress about parking. Comforts of home with plenty of necessities provided. There was a plethora of blankets and pillows. Very clean and well kept. No odors or stains found. Decor is super cute and nautical, which is nostalgic from my youth vacationing in PCB. Quiet - we could not hear anything outside of our condo, which is great considering PCB can be a party destination. We were never disturbed by other vacationers that stayed up late enjoying their time. AC worked exceptionally well! My only suggestion (note: i did NOT ask while we were there, so i may have overlooked it) would be to provide a broom/dustpan for the guests that try to clean during the stay. We found a small vacuum that worked some, but a broom and dustpan just cant be beat. We tried our best to clean as we went, but the sand cannot be avoided. Complex: Security is top notch, checking everyone that enters and leaves. 5 pools to choose from is great! Especially one dedicated to little children. Our family enjoyed the boardwalk area with all of the seating options. We ate on the boardwalk sometimes (at the tables) and other times just sat and enjoyed the day while playing charades. Out of the week that we stayed, we only had elevator congestion 4 or 5 times and even then, we did not wait more than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly for the most part.

Best Condo!

We have stayed at Laketown Wharf a few times and this was by far the best condo hands down. Sandy was very responsive and great with communication. The whole condo was so clean. Plenty of amenities. The beds were so comfortable and clean. The view from the condo was amazing. Very convenient close to the beach, Walmart and Souvenir shop. It was Memorial day weekend so it was quiet busy but nothing we weren't prepared for. We were allowed to check in early to avoid the crowd and it really came in handy. Would definitely recommend and we will book again in the future. Thank you so much for making this stay such a great experience.

Excellent!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I. We had friends and family visit during our stay, so the second bedroom and bathroom came in handy. They place was clean and had everything we needed. Sandy was easy to work with and was available with any needs we had! Would recommend!

Not as pleasant as we thought

Pros: - Responsive Host Cons: - Age of the unit and the building. This building appears to be really an older building compared to others in this area. - Non-working elevators on the south side of the building will require additional walking to the unit from the parking garage. We had to walk for 5 minutes from the parking garage in cold weather. - Smelling Blankets in the unit. - Miniature golf at the facility requires you to bring your own putter and balls. - Entrance/Exit to the parking garage is a safety hazard - Elevators require maintenance. A couple of the elevators were making sounds when we used them and it was a bit scary. - Crossing the road with kids to get to the beach is a hassle. Overall, I strongly feel this stay is not worth the money.

Summer 2022

Excellent stay! Sandy was awesome and checked in on us and allowed us to check in early with our toddler! Very clean and organized and had everything we need. Definitely will be back and this will be our go to spot!

Condo 1409

1409 was excellent. Owner was excellent. Checked in on us to make sure things were going well and if we needed anything. Great communication. Facility location was great. Only concern is the elevator access. Too many people trying to use very few elevators. Some elevators were very slow with very long wait times. Could be 20+ min.

Beautiful property

We had an initial hiccup with the electronic lock not working which resulted in us waiting outside with all of our luggage for quite a while. The owner felt awful and sent someone over as fast as she could. It was certainly a poor start to our trip but this was outside of their control and during our stay, the lock was worked on and they added a lock box so next guests would never have this experience. We loved the condo - it was way nicer in person than pictures! The property was wonderful too. The view - amazing!!! The only thing was something we had already heard about - the elevator situation is awful. The good news is we have heard that this will not be an issue after this Fall as they’re replacing all elevators. Communication with Sandy was great. Because of the lock issue, we had to communists quite a bit. Overall we loved the stay. We wish that day 1 was better but the rest was awesome!
