Come to unit A-2 and enjoy the best family friendly beach in the area. Unit A-2 is in the building closest to the beach in Southwind Condominium, just a few steps away from the beach. This unit is on the ground floor which means no stairs or elevator congestion to worry about! The whole unit was completely renovated at the end of April 2022.
Everything was curated with your needs in mind with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture to make your stay relaxing and stress free. The unit also has a washer & dryer for your convenience.

Come enjoy this ocean view on the front patio or sit back with a beverage and relax on the private back patio.

- Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed & Private Balcony Access
- Spacious Bathroom
- Bunk Area in hallway with twin beds.
- Spacious Living Area w/Queen Sleeper Sofa.
- HD Smart 65" TV in living room with Xfinity cable.

-An outdoor shower is located directly in front of the unit to wash off the sand as you return from the beach.
-Parking is located right outside the unit. The unit comes with 1 parking pass, 1 additional pass can be purchased for an additional $25. Please inquire about additional parking pass during booking.
-There’s a community grilling area on resort grounds in case you want to cook up the fish you’re planning to catch off the Panama City Beach pier or hotdogs and burgers for the kids.

PCB is an ideal location for a beach vacation. In addition to scuba diving, fishing and cruising, Panama City Beach offers vibrant shopping, sporting and dining experiences that will exceed your expectations.

For groceries you'll find local markets like Winn Dixie, 1 mile east and Carousel Specialty Foods 1 mile west.

Pier Park is 2 miles east, there you will find World-Class shopping, restaurants, department stores & big box stores, entertainment for adults and children alike. IMax Theater, Ferris Wheel, Dave & Busters, specialty foods and souvenirs. There are fun restaurants like Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Pompano Joe's, Dick's Last Resort, Angry Tuna, Back Porch Oyster Bar, Paula Dean's Kitchen, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge and many others.

Room was great and property owner allowed early check in and really helpful accessing the room. The property amenities, pool house, shuffle board and tennis courts need improvements.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was wonderful. Had everything we needed for a full week vacation. It was very clean and was right across the street from the beach. Awesome communication from the owner. Would definitely stay here again and also recommend to anyone looking to stay in PCB.

Family friendly

We go to PCB every other year for dance conventions and this has been our favorite location so far. Super clean and a short walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed pots and pans wise as we don’t eat out the entire trip. The owner responded immediately and fixed any issues or answered our questions we had which doesn’t happen often in our stays and we travel a lot for sports. We will definitely try to book here the next time we’re in PCB.

Spring break!

The condo was clean and cute! We highly enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed! Beds were comfortable! Very convenient to walk to the beach and not have to worry about parking! Short walk to some of the restaurants and gift shops! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Vacation!

We loved everything about our stay! Condo was super clean and exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for our 4 day vacay. We even had a welcome card and chocolates! The things we LOVED the most: 230 literal steps to our spot on the beach!, no elevators, no wait time, no parking garage (our car was right outside the door) and very convenient to food and shops. I would definitely recommend staying at this super cute condo over a large highrise. Our beach area was not nearly as crowded as 100 yards down the beach (3 large highrise buildings). I will say that the pool area wasn't great if you're looking for a shaded place, but we're not big pool people when we hit the beach. I will definitely be back (hopefully soon).

Clean, courteous, and comfortable

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfortability of this property!! The manager was super quick, responsive and kind!! The only downside (which the owner has nothing to do with) is the pool and courts. My girls prefer pools to the beach but we opted for the beach due to the pool being subpar. I would stay in this unit again, or other properties owned by Carlos!!!

Southwind condos

We had a great time & our host was very accommodating. We came for the 4th of July specifically. (We came to PCB last year & just had to come back!) We saw all the fireworks on the beach, plus about an hour in our condo in the AC! We would definitely stay at Southwind again! It was perfect for us. Thank you so much Carlos!

Great access to beach

Great location! Just a short walk to the beach. In fact, my husband and I would actually walk back to the condo for lunch. This condo was cozy and very clean. I'm not a germaphobe, but I have an obsession with cleanliness and this place well exceeded my expectations. Check in was a breeze our code worked on first try. Our host Carlos was great! He responded to all our text within 5 minutes. Would absolutely recommend this property. We hope to return in the fall!

We love Panama City Beach

This condo was exactly what we wanted and as it was described in the listing. It's not right on the beach but has an excellent view of tbe Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean upon arrival and everything was just as we expected from the listing. The property was even ready early for an early check in, had we arrived earlier. We had a great time. The property owner messaged us shortly after arrival to make sure all was going well. We messaged him a couple times during the week and he replied quickly each time. We have no complaints. We would love to go back tomorrow.

Great Stay!

We had a fabulous stay in PCB. The condo was so clean and accommodating. Carlos is excellent with communicating what was available at the condo which was important for me considering we were bringing a small baby. I appreciated the atmosphere being family oriented on this side of PCB. Occasionally you would find teens trying to use the parking lot to access the beach but the association was quick to put and end to that. This ensured good parking for clients staying in the condos. We loved spending the mornings walking the beach looking for seashells and jumping waves. Then spending time at the pool in the afternoons. Just a short walk to a tourist shop (Alvin’s) and just a little further is Thomas’ Donuts which has great donuts and food! We will be coming back!

Wonderful Beach Trip

My family took a quick beach trip to Panama City and stayed at Carlos' place. Check-in was a breeze and we were literally steps from the beach. We absolutely loved the place! Everything was so clean and perfect for our family of four. We will definitely be returning guests in the future!

Beautiful condo just a short walk to beach!

Spent 5 nights in this beautifully decorated apartment. Was impressed by the cleanliness of the property and all of its amenities. The owner Carlos communicated often and resolved all issues in an expeditious manner. The unit is very well maintained and has everything needed for a comfy stay! My wife and I are gourmet chefs and we were pleased to see a well-equipped kitchen. Beds were all comfortable. I am over 6 ft and slept well in one of the bunk beds. Best part was just crossing the street to get to the sandy beach! We will surely reserve this apartment in the future..this place felt like a second home away from home, no doubt! Lastly, all equipment, appliances and TVs were in excellent working order. You will not regret staying here.
