Relaxation, a stroll on the beach, basking in the sun, and shopping across the street in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida are all options when you vacation at Edgewater/Windward.

This gulf-front beach condo is conveniently located on a low floor in the heart of Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. Its spacious interior is complimented with tremendous beach views through our front patio doors/windows and on our private balcony with comfy seating. Inside, a full kitchen is ready for any meals you desire to prepare, snacks, coffee in the mornings and more. Our Smart TV offers entertainment along with free high-speed wifi.

The bedroom features a king bed along with stylish ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Our sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out sleeping for a maximum of four guests. We have a second full bathroom available with a shower/tub combo as well as an in-condo washer and dryer for your convenience. Minimum age to rent is 25 (firm), and no pets or ESA are allowed due to owners highly allergic allergies and no parties due to disturbing neighbors with noise.

Occupancy is 4 but allowances may be made for babies. Please message us with your request.

At Edgewater, you'll enjoy 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, shuffleboard/basketball courts, an Executive golf course, a full-service restaurant on property for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a sundry shop, children's splash pad, gorgeous lagoon pool, and more! A Resort tram is available with numerous stops within the Resort.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card on which a $250 damage deposit will be held prior to the stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. One parking pass is included in paid fees. Absolutely NO more than 4 guests unless approved by the owner.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Wonderful!

We had never stayed at Edgewater before but decided not to stay in a more crowded high-rise this trip. Flip Flops in the Sand in the Windward building was a great place to stay. Pat was probably the most attentive, responsive, easy to communicate with host we have ever had in our many beach trips over the years. The condo was very clean, which to me is a most important priority. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in on a trip anywhere. Beach views from the condo are perfect. Edgewater has a lot of amenities for guests, including cabanas at the lagoon pool. We can definitely recommend Flip Flops in the Sand!

We came for the Ironman Race. This part of the Edgewater is so much better than the big Condo buildings. Much smaller and less crowded. Great views and Pat was a great host.

Wonderful

Well i was worried with a tall 18 yr. Old and a 15 yr. Old that there wasnt a second bedroom ( my mistake on that ) but as soon a we walked in the 3 girls were happy and loved the condo and I as well if I owned one i would have mine set up as Pat does , she had all the things we needed and could not bring with us because of space ,like beach chairs and towels which I had brought ours but i would like to come back and stay there with my husband when we go down there ! 5 stars easily !!!

Great place for time at the beach

We stayed Sun-Fri in early August and found the location very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The condo is well equipped with utensils, washer/dryer, towels, beach toys, Chair/umbrella (all though we rented from the resort to have chairs/umbrellas set up daily. Rental station was on beach at condo). Security is good with guards and gates/fences around the large resort. Tennis, golf, Starbucks, restaurant and several pools round out the amenities but this building is at the end of the resort complex and is much less hectic than other areas on the beach. I would rent again as I believe the key to the unit is great access to beach, nice balcony, 2 bathrooms and enough space were 2 people can be comfortable. Our son visited for a day and with 3 people it was still roomy ( he used the pull out couch and said he slept great. The icing on the cake is an owner who is very accessible and great to work with!

Panama City dance competition

My family enjoyed staying at Dr. Floyd’s condo on the beach. The property is exactly as pictured, it was clean and everything you might need was there. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The host was very pleasant to work with, communication was great before and during our stay. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful experience! Pat was exceptional to deal with and made the whole process easy! The condo was the perfect size for our family and the access to the beach was a breeze (short walk and no waiting on elevators)! The beach space in front of winward was peaceful and not overcrowded like the other towers! We will definitely rent this condo again!

We had such a pleasant experience. Dr. Floyd is by far one of the most helpful hosts I’ve encountered. She communicated everything well and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful and equipped with everything you could need. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in PCB!

Perfect family vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable and well cared for with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach! Great beach condo

Me, my husband and my 7 year old son stayed here for 6 days. We planned to visit several places nearby but ended up just staying at the beach and the pool the entire time. I LOVED the location and convenience of this condo- parking is right in front of the building so easy to load and unload, the little swimming pool right beside the building is easy to acccess and not crowded, the beach right in front of the building is not crowded because this building has only 50-60 units unlike other high-rise buildings with a lot of guests. We spent morning on the beach, walk to the restaurant in the resort, enjoy pool there while waiting for food, have lunch, come back to the beach or went to the smaller pool. No need to leave the condo. Pat provided everything you may possible need but missed in your package, even beach toys for kids. Sunset from balcony was beautiful. We really enjoyed everyday of our stay! Thanks for sharing your home, Pat.

Absolutely perfect stay!

This condo was perfect for our family. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the sunsets were breathtaking, and the pool and beach was a short walk from the front door. We enjoyed the Oceans restaurant that is located at the main pool and the tram service was such a plus. The owner, Pat, was so attentive and informative. She answered every question we had. We will definitely be staying again and we can’t wait to return to beautiful PCB!
