The room was beautifully decorated and clean. I would suggest a good wipe down of the baseboards in the bathrooms and some dusting, but I can imagine the quick turnaround for the next guests makes that a timely matter. The mildew smell from the washing machine was overwhelming. That was a manufacturing problem from the washer though. The elevators take forever. We took the stairs the majority of the time. All in all, it was a nice place.

We have stayed at Emerald Isle several times, and this is the nicest unit we've rented! Check- in was easy, communication w/owner was very good, and it was exactly as pictured. The furniture was comfortable and stylish, while still practical for a beach condo. The kitchen was well-equipped, with newer appliances. The deck (hubby called it the Deck Mahal!) was well furnished with a great view, and the unit included 2 beach chairs which no need to schlep chairs or umbrella to the beach. We visited in mid-May, and parking was overall OK.( I believe there is an overflow parking deck across the street; we never needed it.) The location is less crowded than places near Pier Park or Thomas Drive, and quieter. We were very happy with this property, and would definitely stay here again!

Great condo

Great condo, nicely decorated! Location was great. Beach was beautiful but we had bad weather which prohibited swimming, which was the only bummer.

Wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay for our group family vacation beyond any expectations. We traveled with a baby in July and spent a lot of time in the room than usual due to heat and it was easy to do since it felt like home, but with a beautiful view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing condo with a beautiful view, plenty of room for myself, daughter and niece for our girls trip. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Mrs. Helen is very easy to work with and answered all of our questions we had in a timely manner. This was our second time staying here and we will be back again. It was also a plus having Mike’s Oyster Bar across the street, we just walked over for dinner. Our favorite spot in the condo was the balcony loved all the furniture outside as well as the view. Plenty of room to move around. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very nice and had an amazing view. Everything seemed upgraded inside and was very comfortable. The first couple days there were issues with the elevators, only 2 worked. Hard trying to bring all your luggage and stuff upstairs. The property is upgrading the.elevator and all were.workung. Great location, quieter area. Having the beach service was really nice. Pool area was also nice. Great mornings having coffee on balcony and beautiful sunsets in evening. Thank you.
