INITIAL SUPPLIES
Upon arrival this condo furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until you can get to the Winn Dixie or Publix grocery stores, located a short drive from the condo. Publix and Wal-Mart offer grocery delivery to Emerald Isle.
Initial supplies include:
• One paper towel roll in the kitchen
• Dishwasher soap
• Small washing machine detergent
• Hotel-style toiletries each bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, and body wash
• Toilet paper in each bathroom

PARKING INFO:
Emerald Isle Resort charges a $40 resort fee for parking and for guest wristbands payable directly to the resort upon arrival at the Emerald Isle office located in Unit 406. The fee covers one vehicle and 6 guest wristbands. Office hours are 9am - 3pm Central Time each day.

If you arrive after hours, please visit the office located in Unit 406 as soon as possible on the next day to obtain your parking pass and wristbands. The parking pass must be displayed at all times while parked on the property, and guest wristbands must be worn for the duration of your stay.

There is limited open parking in the garage under the condo building. You may park in any space that does not display a stop sign, no parking sign, or assigned unit number and name.

A covered garage with ample parking and sky bridge access direct to the condo building is located across the street. Please keep in mind the parking garage max vehicle height is 7’ and there is no guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles..
