Enjoy "The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches" in Laguna Beach's Best Cottage.

This Cottage is Right Across the Street from the Beach and adjacent to Beach Access #83

Originally Built in 1940, this Beautiful Cottage is a One of a Kind. From each of the individually hand cut and individually hand painted wall and ceiling boards to the new Retro General Electric Appliances, it's All New and, this cottage isn't like any you have seen. There are 3 Bedrooms with Queen Mattresses and a Private Bonus Room with a Full Size Bed and Bunk Beds. Each room has it own flat screen TV, New Air-Conditioning (even New Duct Work), Hunter Ceiling fans and a Tankless Endless Hot Water Heater. Enjoy eating out or dine in at on the over-sized Farmers Table. There's a small Breakfast Bar and a Pic-nic table outside. The long front porch overlooks our Private Courtyard and Grilling Area. Plenty of places to Relax and unwind.

You're only steps to the Sugar White Sands of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". Beach Access #83 is across the street from this cottage. Many of you are familiar with our cottages, the Oleander Cottage is just 3 doors down. With over 300 Perfect Reviews, each of our 7 properties has been more popular than the last. We love helping families plan the Best Vacation Possible. Everything is fresh and clean; we wouldn't let any of our guests stay somewhere we wouldn't stay. That's been our simple philosophy from the beginning, and we are happy to open our doors to your family.

Cottage was a very cute and quaint little beach house. No issues checking in and communication was great for the couple of minor questions we did have during our stay. The house was clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Beach access is across the street and once you get there, you practically have your choice of gulf front spots! No high rises in the area, so fewer people, and no rows of chairs that the large rental units set out to take up space. We loved being able to set up anywhere we liked during the week! And while we used our own chairs / umbrellas, we did notice that there were several there for our use, if we had needed them, so huge thumbs up there! Many thanks to Lisa for ensuring we had a great week in beautiful Laguna Beach! We look forward to our next visit!

Great surprise

I was lucky to find this property at the last moment. I had a place at inlet beach that canceled just 3 days before my vacation due to property damage. I’m glad they did. I found a very nice cottage that was across the street from the beach had plenty room to park your vehicles (easily enough room for three cars). The cottage was clean, we thought the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway

This vacation home was in a perfect location for our vacation! A quick walk across the street and your on the boardwalk going to the beach. The home itself is nicely decorated and designed efficiently for a group. The outside sitting area is as well outfitted as the inside. There is a grill, chairs, toys and a picnic table for outdoor eating. The host quickly responded to our questions. Although thankfully, we had no issues arise. I highly recommend this home for groups of all ages. Beds were comfortable too!

Beautiful home!

A Time To Remember was exactly that for our family. My husband and I, 2 adult children and 2 teenage grandchildren stayed at this property. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. There's plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys and its just a short walk across the street to an amazing beach. Five minutes after getting to the beach the first day we saw dolphins! Even in December we were able to enjoy the beach every day. There's plenty of comfortable beds and furniture for sitting inside and out. We found it to be the perfect location. In a quiet area yet in close proximity to virtually everything you could want to do. Communication with the host was spot on. Questions were answered quickly and we had no issues whatsooever. We had a wonderful time here and plan to return. Best vacation ever!

Good Location

My family of 5 stayed a week here. The location of the home is diagonally across from beach access 83. Not a bad walk at all with 3 kids. Not a crowded location at all, peaceful beach. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Fabulous Family Getaway

This was a great travel stay. Beautiful home, great parking, easy beach access and fully stocked home. The responsiveness of the property owners was superb. There was nothing we needed that wasn't in the house. I think we will be visiting all of the properties owned by this group - if this one is any indication of how great they are - I am in!! We were traveling with two married couples, a teen (17) and college student (22) with plenty of space. They college student loved the "closet room" and was pleased that it had a television. Not that he ever used it. Wonderful and worth the stay. I loved having an outdoor showering space at the front of the house - made it easy to keep most of the sand outside!

Charming and Convenient

Almost perfect-- 4.99 stars. The house was beautiful, just as pictured. Walk to the beach was much closer than listed. Decor was darling and house was clean. Very convenient to PCB or Seaside area. The only reason not a 5 star was due to some minor inconveniences that needed addressing, like clogged sink and leak of the washer which prevented our use of it (but owners were desperately trying to address). Will definitely rebook this place.

Such a cozy and beautiful cottage with everything you need

We were happily surprised to discover such a well decorated cottage with room for the 6 of us at 2mn from the beach by walking! However the front beach road has quite some traffic so be careful when crossing. The kitchen offers everything you need to bake and cook, with plenty of dishes for more than 6! On the other hand we could not watch a dvd as the player/remote control did not work but the tv with Netflix was perfect! Also there has been some road work the entire week to build the sidewalk so it has been very loud and we could not use the front room because of that but since there was an extra bedroom in the cottage it was ok. Now there is a beautiful sidewalk for you to enjoy! Thanks Lisa for sharing your space with our family to celebrate our daughter’s birthday! Merci beaucoup!

Chill and revitalizing!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 (with one on the way!). We spend morning making breakfasts and then walked the beach, which was directly across the road with public access. The beach road in front of the house had bike lanes in each direction for miles, and we brought our bikes from home so really enjoyed that. Super clean and Dave and Lisa were very thoughtful with all the amenities and decorating. All in all, our 11 days here were super great!

Great place for a vacation

This house was perfect for our family. So many essential items were provided that we normally have to bring to other rentals. We loved the fenced in area for the kids to play while we sat in comfortable chairs. There’s also a picnic table. The beach is right across the street, with easy access. We would definitely be interested in this rental again.

Perfect for families

We’ve rented from David & Lisa for several years, and they are top notch in every way! This cottage is beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped, & steps from the beach! Highly recommend staying in any of their rentals. You won’t be disappointed.

Hornsby's Fourth of July!

This property was the perfect place for our family's annual stay at the beach during the week of the Fourth of July. It was such a charming cottage with everything we could possibly need. The beach access was convenient too. The owners, David and Lisa, were very gracious hosts. We hope to stay again in the future.

Super cute cottage!

The house was very clean and cozy. One of the most well stocked kitchens we’ve ever had. I didn’t need half the things I brought. Also, the outside was stocked with beach toys, boogie boards and chairs which was very nice! The location was great. Just far enough away from the crowded PCB area but close enough to go for dinner or a shopping trip. The access to the beach was a stones thrown away. Beach was full most days but not overcrowded at all like PCB. Lisa was in contact several times during our stay and although we never had any issues, I’m sure they would’ve been resolved quickly if we had. Thomas’ donuts is also super close. Highly recommend Thomas’. We visited 3 times during our stay. Overall, we had an excellent week and would definitely book this cottage again!
