Shores of Panama is currently undergoing an exterior stucco renovation project through 2026. During your stay, you may see construction equipment/personnel and some areas of the resort may occasionally be affected. Daytime construction noise may also occur at times. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences.

"Coastal Sands" Condo 1231 is professionally managed by Azure-Properties and is located on the 12th floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $105 registration fee paid to the resort upon arrival for 2 parking passes & 10 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Personally, we love heading out here early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the bright blue water before the day gets too hot. We can't think of anything more relaxing when it comes to starting a fun-filled and chilled-out vacation! It's also the perfect place to end the day enjoying the sunset with an evening cocktail while planning the next days activities.

After an evening out and about, dancing, drinking, and talking to locals, it might be time to hit the hay. The master suite is perfect for you! It has everything you could need from a gulf front view, a smart TV perfect for watching your favorite shows before bed, comfortable bedding to truly relax in and an attached full bath with a tub/shower combo to wash the sand off before crawling into bed so you wake up refreshed and clean in the morning.

And don’t worry about the rest of your group – your guests will be able to stay in one of the 2 guest suites! The first Guest suite is more like a 2nd master with a view of the Gulf, a King bed with comfortable bedding, a smart TV, and it's own ensuite full bath with tub/shower combo. The 2nd Guest suite has a Queen bed, a smart TV to keep everyone entertained, and its own ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo. It's perfect for every age! The full size roll away bed n the guest room closet & the queen sleeper sofa allow this condo to comfortably sleep 10.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
