Dancing Palms PCB is located in Tower II at the gorgeous Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.

Located on an ideal floor (3rd) and directly overlooking the white sands of the country's 3rd best beach, you'll find true paradise and it's guaranteed to help you slip right into vacation mode. Decorated in a coastal theme, Dancing Palms PCB is your perfect place in paradise! It sleeps 8 guests comfortably.

Floor to ceiling windows adorn the living area, and a huge balcony allows you to soak up the water view. There's plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat and two side chairs. A large Smart TV is ready to serve up entertainment along with Roku Streaming TV at no additional charge. Bring your computer and surf by the surf with free WiFi access throughout the property.

The dining area has an elegant table with 6 chairs and additional seating for 3 at the bar so it's a great place for family and friends to gather for a meal. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Pots and pans, dishes, flatware, drinkware, etc. are included with the rental. Best of all, you have an amazing view of the beach while you are on "kitchen duty."

The Gulf view Main Suite has a king-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. You'll love the beautiful coastal vibe and the luxury high thread count sheets, fluffy pillows and soft thirsty towels. *Linens are provided* Enjoy your own TV and reading nook next to the large floor to ceiling windows. Step into the powder room with a single vanity, high end cabinetry, and granite counter tops. There's a large closet for storage, too. The travertine walk in shower is great for rinsing off after a hard day at the beach.

The Seascape bedroom has two queen sized beds with adjoining bath that is shared with the great room. The second bathroom has a travertine tiled shower, updated cabinetry, and granite countertop. The bedroom has its own flat screen TV, too. Luxury linens are provided with your rental.

For convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are located in the kitchen pantry closet, and an iron and ironing board are included in case you need to spruce up your outfits before you go out for the evening.

Minimum rental age is 25. No pets or ESA allowed. No smoking or vaping inside the condo. Resort fee is included with your booking and includes up to two parking passes.

The beachfront lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet with lush landscaping and waterfalls. There are four beachfront hot tubs along with VIP loungers and cabanas available for rent. The kids splash pad is available as well, and immediately in front of our building is a seasonally-heated pool with waterfall plus two spacious sundecks.

Summer entertainment includes Beach Bonfires-Hermit Crab Races-Photo Scavenger Hunts-Beach Basketball-Beach Volleyball-Sound of the Conch Sunsets- Dive in Movies-Steel Drums- Poolside DJs-Karaoke-Polynesian Fire Dancers and more! There may be a charge for some events.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located near the Villas. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for pickleball, tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmaster machines. The game room offers video games and there is volleyball on the beach.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that also offers room service and poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar (2 in the summer!), and Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal). The resort also offers free tram service for the entire complex. Everything you need is nearby or onsite.
