-If you bring more guests than you claim, you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit your deposit.
-For us to keep low prices, we request that you do not drop the temperature below 68 degrees in the summer months.
- Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal of the premises.
- NO SMOKING, NO vaporing, NO HOOKAH.
- No Pets.
- No parties.
- No more than 6 people allowed in the house per HOA.
- No street golf carts allowed in the community per amended Gulf Highlands rules.
- Check-in after 4 pm.
- Chech out 10 am.
Must climb stairs.
Security deposit: if you damage the home, you may be charged up to 450$.
Other things to note
Ck in Code will be sent the day of ck in, once the unit is ready and prior to the 4pm ck in time.
