  • Chase the SUN, have some FUN in Pelican Walk 702! Stay Right on the Beach in our 1 Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo with FREE Beach Chair service provided seasonally March through October! Pelican Walk is a wonderful, family friendly Gulf Front condominium resort located on the quiet end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive, just 1.5 miles to St. Andrews State Park and 7.5 miles to Pier Park.

    Make our vacation rental your home away from home! Our spacious 835 square foot 1 bedroom - 2 bath Condo has a king size bed in the bedroom and an adjoining private bath. The BEST feature of 702 is the VIEW form inside the condo and the Gulf-front private balcony! Enjoy relaxing on the balcony and taking in the beautiful view!

    Pelican Walk 702 has a fully equipped kitchen with anything and everything you will need to cook & dine in the condo! The kitchen opens to the dining and living area, all with Gulf views. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a FULL guest bathroom with shower, a washer and dryer in the condo, FREE WIFI and FREE Parking!

    Guests have access to the owners clubhouse lounge and many other resort amenities; including 2 swimming pools (one heated seasonally October through April), hot tub, gas & charcoal grills, and courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and tennis. When you want to get out and explore Panama City beach, the convenient Thomas Drive location is close to all that PCB has to offer. All with in a 2 mile radius is: St. Andrew's State Park, Captain Anderson's, Schooners, Hershey's Beach ice cream shop, Alvin's Island, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, Adventures at Sea pontoon and jet ski rentals, Sea Screamer, deep sea fishing charters, mini-golf, and so much more!

    Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, and memorable beach vacation!

I have always enjoyed staying here, the staff is amazing, the rooms are well kept, it is convenient to all of PCB, the ocean view is phenomenal. I expect to return in the spring and fall of 2024.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this condo many years, however this one was not the best. First of all, only one elevator was working, which made it impossible for us to use a dolly. They were always gone during checkout & checkin.Then to the cleanliness, it was barely touched up. I reported it the next day & they came up & cleaned again. There were still things not done from messes from the last family. I am considering not staying there again. Pelican Walk you need to improve.
