The condo is equipped with modern comforts including air conditioning, heating, TV, WiFi, washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Essentials such as bed linens, hangers, iron, hair dryer, and shampoo are provided. Self check-in is available via keypad, and long-term stays are welcome. Please note there is an additional fee for parking passes and pool bands: the initial registration fee is $50.00 USD plus tax (includes one parking pass and pool bands for each guest), with additional parking passes available for $30.00 USD plus tax.
