We had quick and great communication with the host/owner. The house was great and had lots of room. The quick walk to the beach was so nice. There is a wagon and chairs in the garage which was great. The elevator comes in handy, be sure that you close the accordion door before getting out. Just a few things I do suggest bringing: cooking spray/oil and seasonings, there is absolutely none; ziploc bags for storing leftovers etc.; paper towels. The garage disposal does not work so be careful with that. Don’t fret about the parking, even with a big truck it was doable and that’s with a big van parked next to us. It’s a great family area and the beach was not crowded. Looking forward to next year!!!

It’s a great location a walk away from the beach. Close by everything. The parking is the worst part this was our second stay here. It’s just a tight squeeze to get in and out especially if the neighbors have huge cars. There wasn’t toilet paper in all of the bathrooms we ended up having to buy some and only one pod for washing clothes we had to buy some of that as well. The floors are sticky I’m not sure if it’s what they clean with or what but the stairs need a good mopping. And it can use a good dusting in several locations lamps, fans , vents etc.The fridge needs cleaned as well there was hair inside shelf and outside not cleaned well. They have someone working on the balconies as well on our stay luckily they weren’t there but they throw their trash all around. We have to pay extra for cleaning but someone is slacking on their job a bit.

Panama City Softball World Series Week '25

Cute home! Very adequate for our travel party. Nice to have the elevator when moving in and checking out or bringing up groceries. Pool area, since used by entire neighborhood, had some trash around. No lock on sliding door on 3rd floor balcony - it should be fixed. Although, we knew parking was going to be tight, we didn’t anticipate how tight, especially when neighbors also had bigger vehicles (Oversized SUVs). Driving an F250 Super Duty made daily parking very challenging. Future renters should take note of what vehicle they're driving. Unit was as listed, very accurate. Bedrooms/Baths and walk-in closets are very nice and cozy. Kitchen and living room were spacious and loft was very quaint. The Host/Owner was very responsive to all of my questions. Nothing went unanswered. Overall, very nice rental!

Girls trip

Overall it was a great property. Easy drive to all the beaches and shops. Beds were comfortable and the elevator was a great addition due to all the stairs. The parking was extremely tight. There was also only 1 towel for each guest (8) for the entire 5 days we were there and only 1 wash clothe. The toilet in the queen room had dry urine around the base. I def felt it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, the property was nice and we had a great trip!

Prepare for a Nightmare If You Stay Here!

Worst property we have ever stayed at. Issue after issue and not really resolved. Front door wouldn’t properly lock/unlock. Was told didn’t know about it but previous review mentions it. Couldn’t use that door. Neither garage door had access from the outside, both keypads were dead. Previous review mentions issue too. Wasn’t fixed during our stay even when mentioned on first night. Cleaning crew missed so much. Beer bottles/can left on the balconies, trash left under multiple beds(receipts from the previous week found), dirty coffee machine, and just overall poor cleaning previously. We ended up cleaning all of it up. No one was sent to do any of it or we weren’t even offered that. Only that they would let cleaning people know. Lights were completely out in one of the bathrooms. Owner sent light bulbs and we had to replace ourselves.The dryer lint board was broken in one spot and damaged several of our clothing items. Was told again they would have cleaning crew look into it. No concern with our damaged items. Didn’t hear back from owner on issue for 24 hours only when she messaged me to ask what time we would be leaving. We ended up having to leave the garage door open once we departed because we had no way of locking up since the garage doors were never fixed. The best part of it all, there was exterior work being done and the owner only made us aware the night before our stay. Parking is a nightmare.I would pass on this property, sometimes things are too good to be true!

Pros…Nice home. Plenty of room. Easy to get to the beach. Pool is right next door. Cons…parking, we could not keep the lowest floor of the house cool. Overall a good stay!!

Beautiful home and so conveniently located!

This home was exactly as advertised! The home is beautiful and very clean. The elevator makes loading and unloading extremely easy as it’s right inside the house from the garage. The washer and dryer are high efficiency and full size so laundry isn’t a headache and goes quickly. Plenty of room throughout the house for each person to have their own space. It’s a very short and easy walk to the beach and the beach was not busy at all in this area. We loved everything about the trip. Very nice views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies as well!

Spacious

Other than tight parking, it is a great place to stay. It is convenient to Publix and Winn Dixie, yet in a quiet neighborhood. Having 4 bedrooms is nice and every bedroom has a bathroom except the 4th floor bedroom. There is a half bath down a flight of stairs between living room and kitchen for that bedroom. Gulf side balconies have a good view, but the 4th floor/bedroom has the best Gulf view. That balcony could use some new chairs, because they move and they are not suppose to move when you sit in them. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, just wish the Gulf could have been calmer. The pool next to the Townhome made up for the time we couldn’t get into the Gulf.

Awesome property

This property hosted our yearly Florida trip this year. We come to Florida every year and this year we came back to Panama City Beach. We normally stay away from the tourist-y locations but where this house is at is not that busy. It’s located close to beach, that you can also see from the top level of the house from the balcony. The beach is not overly populated like other areas are in Panama City beach. It’s located close to stores for groceries, dining, Bubba’s pizza, and located about 10 mins away from the popular Thomas Donuts. There are 4 levels to the house, with lots of stairs, but don’t worry there is an elevator. We used the stairs so we didn’t feel guilty from all the delicious seafood, Publix’s homemade key lime pie , bubbas pizza and Thomas donuts we ate while we were there. Some said the parking is challenging but we didn’t have any issues. We parked both vehicles in the garage backing in the whole time, making it so easy to get in and out quickly. We have a med sized SUV and a med sized sedan. This house has it all. Your family Will LOVE IT!!

Great Location, Very clean, lots of room

We had a great stay at this condo. Plenty of room for us all to have space. Beds were comfortable. Condo was very clean. Lots of stairs, but has elevator that worked great for bringing in luggage/groceries. Pool right next to condo was nice and not crowded. Very easy walk to the beach.Beach cart in garage was a very nice touch. Parking is tight but we really had no problems and brought one mid sized SUV (Honda Pilot) and one smaller SUV (RAV 4). RAV and Pilot could both fit in one side of garage, tight but can be done. parked one in 1st space outside by pool, the key is to back into the 1st space with one car and into the second garage space with the other.

Best Place

Upon arrival we had a slight issue with a smoke detector and the host responded immediately. Communication and location was great. This place fit our needs perfectly. Will definitely come back.

Great Family Condo w/in Walking Distance to Beach

My family had a great stay for our Fall Break. The condo is super clean and has plenty of room. It was the first vacation where everyone was able to have their own space. It was perfect for our family of 6. The only problem we had during our stay was parking. The spaces are pretty compact and our mid-sized suv was too large to park in the garage. But we were able to make it work. All in all, I would highly recommend! Great place for family beach time.

It was great. However I wasn’t given code to get in gate. Thankfully another guest told us. Also Parking was extremely hard. The last two days the trucks next door were so big we could barely get out without hitting them

Our week stay here was good, we really liked how close we were to the beach, and not to far from the pier. Didn't have any huge issues during our stay and the owner was very quick at messaging me back.

Friends/Family Trip

Our family of five and our friends, 2 adults and one child, came for a week at the beach and it did not disappoint. The house was just as described and the owners were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions. The house was perfect for 4 kids and 4 adults. Everyone had plenty of space. The beach was so close and it was so nice to have the pool right outside our door. Definitely recommend the property!

Great Location! Pictures gave an accurate description

We loved our Spring Break vacation here! The check in process was easy and we were even able to check in early since the property was ready. It was easy access to the beach (directly across). Would definitely recommend a beach wagon. It was alot of carrying stuff back and forth. And there are a ton of stairs which we didn't mind, but if you have little kids it might be a little much. We loved being directly next to the pool and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The only thing we didn't love was the layout of the kitchen and living area...they were very closed off and you couldn't have more then 2 people in the kitchen at a time since it was a small area but if you're not cooking then you might not care. :) The kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker which we loved. One of the bedrooms (the one with 2 double beds) didn't have a closet, so there was no place to hang clothes in that room. The washer & dryer worked awesome! Also, the cleaning people came in about 9 a.m. on our last day and check out was 10 and we were still there, so that was a little odd, but overall we had a great experience and loved our time there.

Great location

This is our second stay at Casa Delmar in this same unit. It has been remodeled and was great! Everything you need is there. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, etc. The only downside is the parking at this location. The spaces are tight and it's hard to maneuver larger vehicles. If you plan on driving 2 Tahoes, I'd consider an alternative vehicle. Other than that, I wouldn't pass this gem up. Also the owner was so attentive and quick to answer any of my calls or texts.
