Calypso Tower 3 is the place to be in PCB, offering amazing gulf coast views, sunsets, a resort pool, & dedicated beach access with Free Beach Chair Rental. PCB`s renown dining, shopping & entertainment hub, Pier Park, is just steps away! This 6th floor, 3-bedroom unit sleeps up to 8 - King bed in the private bedroom, a Queen bed in private bedroom, triple Twin bunks in the 3rd bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, & a full-service kitchen.

This unit is on the 6th floor of Calypso Tower 3 on the north side of Front Beach Rd adjacent to Pier Park. Unwind with a beautiful view of the emerald waters on the gulf coast and spectacular sunsets from the balcony and primary bedroom.

Seasonal firework displays launched at the pier can be seen from the balcony and pool deck.

Walking distance to Pier Park, Top Golf and a short drive to Dolly Parton`s Pirate Voyage dinner theatre. There is no shortage of activities for your whole group!

The primary bedroom features a King bed and connects to a full bath, while the other full bath is in the hallway and accessible by guests staying in the Queen bedroom and triple twin bunk room. A washer and dryer are in the unit and available for use by guests. This condo is great for a couples` getaway, girls` weekend, or a family vacation at the beach.

Armbands for each guest and 2 beach chairs are included with reservation. Armbands are RFID enabled and there is a $75 replacement cost for lost or damaged bands.

Parking fee not included. Primary guest will receive parking registration email from Calypso HOA to pay.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the heated resort pool with zero entry on one side, spa tub, fitness area, bonfire pit and hangout area.

The Tiki hut and Emerald Hub food bistro are accessible from the pool deck and the exterior of the premises.

Private Cabanas at the pool can be reserved for an additional fee at the Panhandle Getaways office on the north side of the pool deck.

Hours of operation for all of the above are subject to change with or without notice due to seasonal operations, inclement weather, unanticipated repairs, unforeseen circumstances, and/or other, etc. Refunds are not issued for any such changes.

Minimum age requirement 25+ to book

No smoking or vaping in condo, pool, or community areas. Smoking odor inside the condo will result in additional fees.

All guests (age 5+) must wear armbands on Calypso property.

No pets allowed - enforced by Calypso Management. Bringing pets Will result in an additional $300-500 cleaning fee depending on severity of the mess.

Please do not leave children unsupervised on the balcony or inside the condo.

The balcony door should REMAIN CLOSED both for safety and to prevent the Air Conditioning unit from freezing up. If the door is open for extended periods of time, the thermostat will increase the temp setting and not resume at a lower setting until the door has been closed.

Spitting or throwing items from a balcony is a felony charge in the state of Florida. Calypso Management reserves the right to alert law enforcement of any such violations and can result in immediate termination of your stay.
