Our room from first glance was as expected. In our contract, it stated that we would be charged 75 for a Roku remote if it was missing. There never was a Roku remote. There was no streaming services or cable. It was stuck on a country music channel. The freezer was leaking into the top shelf of the refrigerator. We messaged the host the first day and they sent someone next day. When the maintenance came, they could not figure out how to get the TV to work without a Roku and he could not find any Roku remote and never came with a replacement. So we were stuck the whole time with no TV. He said he fixed the refrigerator, but it kept leaking the whole time and ruined some of our food. In short, there was another issue with a leak in the master bath that was leaking into the unit below us. We had several maintenance people, managers, and owners of the unit below us coming in and out of our condo the whole time. We could not use our master bath for half the time. Never at one point did the host or property management team call to check on us which was the biggest issue for me then they tried to offer us a resolution of two free nights (which is a joke) and would not give it to us until after we did not review them, which is blackmail. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any property management or host. They clearly do not do what’s right for the customer and are not customer focused.
