The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and direct balcony access, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV. HOA REQUIRED FEE: Upon arrival parking and pool passes must be purchased at the main office located on the 4th floor and must be displayed at all times. Passes are $40 per space for the duration of your stay.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Only one of the communal pools is heated. - Guests must register directly with the community office. If guests arrive outside of office hours, they must register the following morning once the office reopens. - Two beach chairs and one umbrella are available seasonally (March 1–October 31). Guests will need to check in with the beach booth staff for setup.
Parking Details: - Covered parking is available in the garage below the units. - Overflow parking is available at the adjacent covered overflow parking lot. - A parking pass is required for each vehicle, including golf carts and scooters, at a cost of $40. - Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
