Parking passes will be located inside your condo upon arrival. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass while on property.

The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking and must be present at the property for the entire stay. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age and identity prior to check-in. Reservations made under false pretenses or on behalf of an underage guest may be canceled without refund.

Initial Supplies:

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Enso Boarding Pass:

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You ll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.
