Great stay

The condo was clean, very nice, with plenty of room for me, my 16yr old son and 4 friends, and a friend of mine as well. We had no issues at all and loved the view from the 25th floor.

Lost water/no water at all every day of stay. 10-15 minutes until the water was restored. Called maintenance and received no explanation for the loss of water. Only three elevators per side for 30 floors. Extremely long wait for the elevator. People got on the elevator when it finally stopped on the floor just to ensure they were able to get a spot. Not uncommon to wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator.Received "parking violation" for parking in garage for the truck being to long and sticking out into the drive lane. Rooms, beach, garage and all common areas were very clean.

Spring Break Stay 2025

We loved our stay at Tidewater Beach Resort! It was right on the beach with easy access, pool was right outside, gym was accessible, and the condo was perfectly sized. There was a lot for the children to do, and for the adults. The ONLY downside to staying here was that we were on the 25th floor and the elevators were very slow. We waited probably 30 mins for the elevators each time, but other than that we had an amazing time!! We will definitely be back next year!

Great place to stay

Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. The condo is gigantic and the view was amazing. We really like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped minus a decent skillet (our family likes to make breakfast each day). Only minor complaints are the furniture is a bit outdated and all of the beds are hard and difficult to get comfortable in but they supplied plenty of blankets which we made mattress toppers out of. The amenities of the resort are great and you could stay without ever having to leave the property thanks to the market and restaurant. All in all, i would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.

Thanks Four Star Condo Services for adjusting to our needs and making sure we had a wonderful stay! See you again very soon! The only complaint was that the master bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise 5 stars by far!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was on 25th floor when we arrived all but one elevator was broken 2 plus hours to load our stuff. They were overcrowded and almost impossible to go up or down all week

Family vacation

The master bed was not very comfortable. The pots and pans were not very good. The utensils for cooking were very cheap and did not work well. No pot holder. The elevators take forever with the number of people in the building.

SPACIOUS CONDO

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I HAD WAS AT CHECK IN. I WAS SUPPOSE TO FILL OUT SOME KIND OF FORM ON LINE THAT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT UNTIL I TRIED TO CHECK IN. THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE ADDED TO ANOTHER CHARGE THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY BEFOR THROUGH VRBO. THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH SOLVING THIS PROBLEM. DEFONATELY CHECK YOUR EMAIL BEFOR STAYING HERE OR GOING THROUGH 4 STAR .

Nice, spacious, clean, wonderful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at this rental that I found to be quite nice. The unit was spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The overall experience was positive, and I appreciated the cleanliness and roominess of the rental. We chose this condo because of the number of beds and bathrooms and it worked perfectly for us. Parking was so easy and the beach space was plentiful despite being such as large building. I would easily stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very accommodating for our large group. Management was very friendly. Only complaint we had was during peak times the elevator wait time was high but we spoke to an owner who lived there and was told they are in the process of getting upgrades. Would stay here again after elevators are updated.

Breathtaking Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome stay at the Tidewater Beach Resort. Beautiful accommodations with balcony views for miles of the Gulf. We watched the sunset every night from our perch on Floor 25! Great communication with Four Star which included an easy check-in/check-out. Wrist bands to access the many amenities (beach, pools, hot tubs, movie theatre, exercise room) made everything so efficient. The elevators were prompt in February. We can't say enough about our wonderful stay.

It was okay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bed felt like sleeping on a concrete slab. Each bed came with one pillow per guest (so a Queen bed came with two pillows total). The ice maker did not work so we had to purchase ice for our entire stay. The elevators were ATROCIOUS and caused a lot of the disdain for this stay. We would wait up to 45 minutes to get from ground floor to 25th floor and could hear guests constantly complaining (rightfully so). The only true upsides to this condo were the view from master bedroom and the location of the condo itself. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well, and the staff was friendly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors and counters through out condo were dirty. Mosts of the dishes that we used we had to wash because there was dried food stuck to them. There was dried toothpaste in one of the bathrooms sinks. The location of the condo was great. The staff that we dealt with were great. the only thing that we really had an issue with was the cleanliness.
