Beach Cottage - walk to Gulf - Sleeps up to 8

Beachy vacation cottage (1/2 of a duplex) - single level with it's own private entry, private rear fenced in yard. Cottage is a Pet Friendly rental that offers all the comforts of home next to the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach. Our beach access #14 is in a predominantly residential single family home area so there's plenty of room to social distance. Min age to rent is 25.

This beachy cottage is the perfect choice for your vacation, with a 5 minute (or less) stroll to the gulf. Please be sure the total number of guests for your stay is correct and message us with pet details (breed mix, age and weight) as owner approval is required.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 8. (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin, 2 sleeper sofas). You will also enjoy the comfort of cold central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom. All Bath & Bed linens as well as starter paper products and soaps are provided. Beach Towels are not provided, please bring your own.

The home features tile flooring throughout, beachy design, and a bright, spacious floor plan. Various modern appliances (microwave, fryer, crockpot, toaster, Keurig, panini maker etc) make the kitchen easy and convenient. You’ll find everything you need (and probably more!). Electric range stove, full dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, etc. All Bath & Bed linens as well as starter paper products and soaps are provided. Beach Towels are not provided, please bring your own.
Gather around the welcoming round table for family meals or game night, whatever suits your fancy. The living room has television with Amazon FireTVstick and a DVD player. Free High Speed Wi-Fi makes life easy! The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
Don’t worry about laundry…we’ve got you covered! Enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer during your stay. All bed linens and bath towels are provided; however, you will need to bring your own Beach Towels. (House towels may not be used for beach towels)
Parking is never an issue at our beach cottage! We offer convenient off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles, making this vacation a breeze.

This vacation rental is pet friendly! Small Pets under 20 lbs will be considered. Pets may be on the enclosed grounds off-leash with owner supervision. Pet parents are expected to clean up all pet 'deposits'. Wonderful, safe dog walking immediately off-property. Non-barking and non-destructive pets may be left in cottage if crated. 1 small crate provided in unit. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Cleaning fees will be higher if needed. Pets require approval on a case by case basis from the owner and pet fee will be charged ($150+ per Pet Fee required.) Please notify owner of your pet details (breed mix, age & weight) for final approval prior to rental. Current Shots required.
