Beach Across Street!-Dog Friendly-Hot Tub-Elevator

BEACHY LOVELAND is a spacious and beautiful beach home located on the quiet west end of PCB, with beach access across the street.
Must be 25 years old to book. The booking person must be present.

* 4 BR/4 BA that sleeps 12
* Three BR/BA suites plus a bunk room

BEACHY LOVELAND is a spacious three-floor beach home with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and an in-house elevator. The in-house elevator will be convenient for elder people to stay in the upper level, or help you to move your luggages between the floors.

The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and all the cookware essentials for you to prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner for your family. The stylish living room has a new 58'' smart TV with cable TV services. Your family can watch sport games together, or sign into your streaming video account to have a family movie night!

Three bedrooms have their own private full bathrooms, and the bunk room shares the 4th full bath with the living room. Couples can stay in their private rooms and kids can enjoy the bunk beds! It's perfect for multiple families and friends to have their vacation together!

On the second floor, it's the main entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, a full bathroom and a bunk room that sleeps 4.

On the third floor the master suite has a king size bed, and a daybed with a trundle bed. My two little kids loved the trundle beds so much because they can stay in the same room with us:) Walking out to the balcony of the master suite, you can enjoy the morning breeze from the ocean and the gulf views across the street!
There is also another bedroom on the third floor with a queen bed and its own full bath inside the suite, facing the backyard.

On the first floor, there is another guest suite with a queen bed, a full bathroom and a small kitchen. This bedroom also leads to the patio and backyard. You can make coffee in the kitchen and enjoy the morning coffee in the patio, or use the small kitchen to prepare your favorite BBQ and grill it on the charcoal grill in the backyard.

You will find the washer/dryer and beach essentials in the garage. Feel free to use them as you wish.

Welcome to Beachy Loveland! I am sure you will have a relaxed vacation here with the comfortable setup, the convenient location, and the most beautiful beach just across the street!

- The main entrance is on the second floor. An access code will be provided to guests when their stay is getting close.
- There is one car garage on the first floor and plenty parking space on the drive way. Good for 4-5 cars to park.
- Public beach access #86 is across the street. You don't need any code or permission to go to the beach. Just take your beach gears and walk for one minute!

This property is located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. You will enjoy the less crowded but as beautiful beach on this side of the city. This location is also close to food, shopping and fun, only 5 miles to Pier Park and about 10 minutes to 30A experience.

Great Vacation House

Great location with everything you need

Great house steps from the beach! The host provides everything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, shade, toys, a cart to haul everything), which is steps from your front door. We really enjoyed the convenience! The house is very clean with lots of space and the communication was excellent throughout. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area in the future.

Location is absolutely perfect!

This little spot was perfect for our family. We had 4 children 4 and under with us and the walk to the beach was just across the road and down the boardwalk, took less than 2 min to be at the water. The back yard was perfect for hanging out and so cozy! We grilled 2 nights we were there and most everything seemed fairly new and we had everything we needed! There was a pack n play and a high chair already there. The elevator was very convenient for loading and unloading. It was nice to be able to just come in from the beach and dump everything in the garage and not worry about getting sand anywhere. We were close to 30A but also close to PCB if we wanted to go in that direction. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we lacked when we got there was a baby gate for the stairs (which I don’t feel is the owner’s responsibility, just a heads up here), so if you’re bringing littles then maybe consider a baby gate or two that can accommodate at least 43”.The host was also very quick to respond to all our messages! Highly recommend this place!

Lovely Vacay at Beachy Loveland!!

My family of 6 adults and our dogs had a wonderful week long stay at Beachy Loveland. Tracy was an excellent host, responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked to meet our needs. The close proximity to beach access was great! We are already making plans for next year.

This house is amazing!

We loved our stay at this house. We had 2 familes with a total of 7 kids. Ages ranged from 14 to 19. It was very comfortable for all of us. Master suite on the top floor was fantastic! House has 3 levels and 2 AC units so it was comfortable on all the floors. Backyard space was very nice and peaceful. Hot tub was nice. The location of this house was the selling point for us. There are no high-rise condo buildings in this area so the beaches are not crowded. Having beach access right across the street was fantastic and so convenient. The house was well equipped including beach items like chairs and boogies boards. Be sure to hit Thomas's for donuts, breakfast, lunch, ice cream, and snacks. It was a hit for all of us. If I need a house this size again in this area I won't hesitate to stay here again.

PCB bday celebration

Despite the weather we enjoyed celebrating a family members bday. The duplex was very clean and accommodated our group comfortably. The host was very quick to respond with any questions or issues. Beach access was right across the street and an easy two minute walk.

Great house

The house was wonderful! Well laid out and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and neat. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach chairs, hot tub, fire pit were all great. The beach is an easy one minute walk across the street. Tracy was extremely communicative, flexible, and professional. We would love to stay again!

Excellent property!

4 couples vacationed and stayed at this house. Plenty of room and the back yard was a nice relaxing way to end the evening. Close to beach access and felt safe in the area, very close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.. super nice host and easy to work with. Would definitely rent this beautiful house again

Perfect location

Great stay!

We stayed here for spring break with my family and part of my sisters family. The accommodations and amenities were great. Plenty of towels and chairs to use, boogie boards, etc. Tracy checked in on us to make sure everything was good with our stay and was super with communication. The location is super easy to the beach! The only downside to the trip was the hot tub was being serviced while we were there so we did not use it, but not a huge deal for our group. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

Lovely Home with Easy Beach Access

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood with easy beach access. All essential cookware & utensils were available which made for less store runs. The rooms were just as described and comfortable. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next trip to PCB.
