Important Notice: Resort-Wide Construction at Long Beach Resort

*** Current construction update: Construction on this unit is now finished, and the balcony is fully open and accessible. Work on the rest of this building's units is currently scheduled to be completed by the end of January. Construction will continue on the remaining buildings in the community until approximately mid March 2026.

Please be advised that Long Beach Resort is currently undergoing resort-wide construction from late August 2025 through mid March 2026. This work is part of scheduled exterior maintenance to ensure the continued quality and safety of our facilities.

The construction team is committed to minimizing disruption to our guests by adhering to designated working hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.

Access to both the condos and the beach will remain open throughout the project, with appropriate signage provided for any temporary entry adjustments. At least one of the three pools remains open at all times, so guests can continue to enjoy the amenities.

In recognition of the potential inconvenience, we have significantly reduced nightly rates during this construction period.
