Atwoods Cottage & Carriage House was built on a slightly oversized lot, allowing for plenty of convenient parking in the garage and a large, cobblestoned courtyard between the main home and the carriage house. On the first floor of the main home are two private bedroom suites. The first room is a sitting room with a sleeper sofa and a hallway-accessed powder room, and the second is the luxurious primary bedroom suite, with a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a large step-in shower.

Climb the classic stairway up to the main level, where the open and inviting great room is located. With multiple glass doors framing the ocean views and leading outside to the gulf-front patio, this room is ideal for relaxing indoor/outdoor living. You can open the doors wide to catch the gentle sea breezes and take your morning mug of fresh coffee outside to watch for dolphins swimming past. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and dark wood floors surround the plush furnishings and large HDTV. There’s also a large DINING SPACE with seating for four, and the whole room is illuminated with warm, artistic lighting fixtures.

Next to the living area, a large marble island with barstool seating for three leads into the open kitchen. Stylish gray cabinets and sleek quartz countertops provide plenty of space for whatever you have in mind— from preparing stacks of fresh banana pancakes for your crew before they hit the beach or perhaps mixing up a pitcher of frozen margaritas before heading out to dinner. Premier appliances include a dishwasher, gas range, spacious refrigerator, and an in-drawer microwave.

Another staircase leads up to the top level, where the third guest bedroom sits tucked cozily underneath the eaves. In this room, there are two queen-size beds, each with its own HDTV. The ensuite bathroom includes a large step-in shower and a marble vanity.

Across the courtyard and above the garage sits the separate carriage house, an ideal space for older children or in-laws who enjoy more privacy. This flexible flat houses a full kitchen, comfy living area, full bathroom, and a peaceful bedroom with a king-size bed.
