Party Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was big enough for us. Only had enough silverware for 5 people. We had to go buy silverware and pans for cooking. Room wasn't the cleanest, several dead bugs in bunk room and alive silverfish throughout condo. Nice view. Says no smoking on property but couldn't enjoy our balcony due to the astronomical amount of cigarette smoke. Do not book if you have COPD or Asthma. Not a family location. Disgusting music played at pool. People drunk and smelling like weed. Over crowded pool. Not good enough security. Pool and elevator entrance along main rd. Gate often left open. I went all week without bracelet and no one said anything. Definitely over priced location for all the negatives.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Aqua Resort. The condo looked exactly like the photos. Everything was very clean upon our arrival. Our 9 year old daughter absolutely loved the pool area. The included beach chair and umbrella rental was a great bonus (2 chairs). We just had to make sure we were down there a little before 8 to reserve a front row chair as they did fill up pretty quickly each day. Beach access was easy with a nice ramp down to the sand which worked great for our beach wagon. The elevators were very quick all week, even with it being a Spring Break week and fairly busy. We didn't have any issues with the condo that required reaching out to management but having them on site would have made that pretty easy. One thing we were also impressed with was how clean the facilities looked all week. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice getaway on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was great. Everything from booking with Marcie at Aronov to location and condition of condo. Notified that we were able to check in early which was very helpful. Did have a hiccup with the dryer, but even that was handled very professionally and quick. Would definitely recommend this unit and Aronov.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was amazing! They provided wonderful customer service & timely communication to help us stay informed. The staff had to juggle alot this year with the announcement of onsite construction work & then the serious weather forecasted. Thankful our stay was not affected by hurricane Helene. Many prayers for those areas that were impacted.🙏

Nice place and good location

Only thing I didn't like was the extreme amount of codes to get on/off the property. Kind of hard when you have items in you hands going to/from beach.

Fantastic!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can't say enough about this unit. When we arrived the condo was everything we hoped for, but was afraid that we wouldn't get. Often times upon arrival you can be disappointed to find a rental to not be as described online, not with this one! The cleanliness of the unit met all expectations! It was beautiful, the bed slept well, and I have no complaints at all.I highly recommend this unit and will rent it again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was quite nice. Great view. Elevators are fast so no waiting. Sad didn’t have beach chair rental but that was my fault for not seeing they did not come with rental. Very clean. The only negative was the washer and dryer were very noisy. Enough so we had to run while not in the condo.

Great stay at Aqua 1106

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have friends that have been staying at Aqua for years. We love to go to all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean so this was our first spring break experience in PCB and Aqua. We had a fantastic time. Unit 1106 was as described. It was very clean and all of the amenities that we needed were in the unit. We were very happy with this unit. Check in process was seamless. The management company was great. We didn't need them for anything, but they called to check on us the day after our arrival.Once we parked the car in the parking garage - it stayed there. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go.I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. It looked just like the pictures. Everything was nice and clean. Price was very good. The only thing is the washer and dryer needs to be replaced. The dryer doesn't dry your clothes very well and I couldn't get the door to open to get my clothes out of the washing machine.I waited a few hours and went back to see if the door opened and at that time it did. After that I decided to wash my clothes once I got home. Also when you close the door where the washing machine and dryer is located, the door touches the knobs of the washing machine without you knowing. Make sure you dont accidentally touch the knobs with the door when closing because it will change the cycle that you set on the washing machine. Besides that this is truly a nice condo to stay at. I will recommend to family and friends.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Aqua for many years and rented through VRBO. A few years back we were told we had to rent through Aqua. It has been different and not in a good way. We fly in most times and rent a car. They encourage you to register your car and print your passes before you get there. That would be great if you knew what your rental car license number would be. So if you do it after you have to use their kiosk and the charge is $40 instead of $35. We arrived an hour and a half early and checked to see if our condo was ready. It was but they wanted to charge $100.00 for early check in. I couldn’t believe it. We travel a lot and rent condos, nice condos. This is the worst! Usually Get out have coffee time with Bobo to beach condos have beach towels, none. Usually you have a starter packet or two of coffee, small dish soap, trash bag or two, enough to help you make it until you get to the store. I didn’t feel valued as a loyal customer. Therefore I won’t be in the future. Our condo was clean but I talked to others that had to have their’s recleaned. Very disappointing experience.

The condo was awesome. Five Stars here.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall amazing experience. Exception would be using the kiosk for parking is very lengthy, very confusing and extremely frustrating especially after a long drive. We arrived after 5pm so there was no help from the resort with the kiosk. Next time parking will be done prior to the visit. I would definitely use aqua again. BTW best beds ever. Thank you for the experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at Aqua when we come to the beach. The location is great. The only two issues we had this time that we’ve never had was #1:two days in a row they had to shut our air off in the room for hours at a time and #2: 2/3 of the TVs would not connect to Wi-Fi so we were not able to stream Netflix, Disney, etc which makes it difficult to entertain children of different ages on what to watch at night. The only TV that workless properly was in the kids bunk bed area. I reached out via email and phone call with no response to the tv issues.
