A Sunny spot steps from beach - heated Pool and golf cart!
Recently purchased with all new furniture, bedding and décor. Our townhome is located only a short walk or golf cart ride to the private Sunnyside Beach, on the West end of Panama City Beach. This home features three bedrooms upstairs, with the Master having its own ensuite, and the remaining two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as a half bath on the lower level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a single set of twin bunks, great for kids! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a great week at the beach! Newer appliances and a washer and dryer located on the upper level. Small porch area with a gas grill located in the rear. Rear storage unit has space to store a couple of beach chairs and a beach cart. Located in a small, 3 townhome complex, on a quiet street. Two parking spaces are located directly next to the front door.
Master bedroom features a large closet, a full bathroom, and a King size bed. The first Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. Fold out couch with memory foam mattress located in the Livingroom.
We have a gas grill on the rear patio, as well as storage for all your beach items.
The great thing about the location is you have no elevators, easy parking right out front(two cars MAX), and just a short walk to the beach. No large crowds to deal with, or long lines in crowded lobby's. We are only a 3 minute drive to Win Dixie, Publix or the always great Carousel Grocery store. Minutes away from everything Panama City Beach has to offer.
As with all beaches in Panama City, they do not allow dogs on them, other than the dog beach to the right of Pier Park. That beach is located about 4 miles away.

We love the Sunnyside area and own three vacation rentals in Sunnyside. They are VRBO listings 513866, 1038709 and 787776.
If you have a larger group, you can also rent all three of the townhomes, and then you will have a private pool.

World Series Must
We had a recent stay for the Softball World Series. We coordinated the booking of another unit with another family from our softball team. Having the golf cart was next level and the private pool was a solid plus. Quiet and cute neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the place and pool. It was so nice having the convenience of the golf cart and the pool literally in the back yard.
Our only complaints are the floors were really dirty from the moment of our arrival. Our feet were black after walking on them for a minute so we had to wear flip flops the entire time. The remote for the downstairs TV does not work properly...buttons stick.
We would definitely consider staying here again on another trip to PCB. THANK YOU!

Good location in Sunnyside
The unit is very basic (not any extras). Wasn't as clean or maintained as my family and I would have liked. It was all tile though and no carpet so that was a bonus. The unit could honestly use some TLC. We couldn't get the dryer to dry properly, the BBQ didn't work, and one the upstairs toilets was wobbly. Overall though we still had a great stay. The pool out back was really nice and the kids loved the use of the golf cart. It was an easy walk/ride to the beach access and the neighborhood seems very safe and quiet. Sunnyside is close to lots of things so perfect for family get away.

We loved the location!
We loved the distance to the Beach!
Just a quick walk to the beach.
The golf cart was also a plus.
Golf cart could use a few repairs but served the purpose.

Thanksgiving get away
This was a very comfortable property with plenty of room. Yard and pool were a plus for sure. Loved the golf cart trip to the beach each day but we also enjoyed walking to the beach. Just a block maybe. We stayed 2 weeks and can’t wait for a return trip!

Quiet neighborhood close to beach
My kids favorite part was the pool right out the back door and the golf cart. The house was clean and exactly as listed. House is in a quiet neighborhood just right down from the beach. However, right now they are working at that part of the beach so we had to drive down just a little bit to get away from the machinery and such. I would recommend this property!

Relaxing family vacation
We enjoyed this comfy little house. We had four adults and two children and we fit quite comfortably. It was about a block from the beach, so an easy walk, and the kids had a ball in the pool.

Great- Not crowded beach- vacation spot
We came on a pretty popular vacation week. There's a lot of people out and about. But, our location was excellent. We were able to use the golf cart (that's provided) for a short drive to access the beach. We never felt crowded.
The pool at the house was a huge hit with our three children. We really enjoyed our neighbors who also had children. They had an absolute blast. The house was big enough for our group of 7.
We will be staying here in the future.
Also, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful.
