*** Vi opdaterer altid vores enhed! I marts 2017 udskiftede vi gulvtæppet i soveværelset og køjesalen med flisegulve. I 2016 tilføjede vi to nye polstrede stole til alrummet! Vi har også udskiftet vaskemaskine og tørretumbler med nye enheder (inklusive en top-loading vaskemaskine!) I løbet af 2015 erstattede vi gulvene i Familieværelse og spiseplads med nye keramiske fliser! Opdaterede billeder er blevet bogført for alt dette! Andre opdateringer omfatter ny maling i hele, en helt ny King-size Simmons Beauty Restmadras i soveværelset og nyt talsmanden, og et nyt mini-stereoanlæg med Bluetooth i Familieværelse! Vi har også tilføjet nye Chaise Lounges og Bistro Stole på Balkonen!

*** Perfekt femte etage placering! Stor højde for visninger, men ikke for høj. Herfra kan du se bølgerne bryde på sandet, mens du sidder i stuen eller ligger i din seng! Blot to etager over gangbroen fra parkeringshuset, så ingen lange elevator rides!

*** West End Unit! Balkonen har god udsigt over stranden i begge retninger, især en fantastisk, uhindret udsigt til Vesten for at se solnedgange og Fiskeri Pier (se billedet nedenfor!) Dette er en privat balkon (sjælden i Aqua!) der har to chaiselonger samt en bistro til to!

*** Gratis strandstole! Strand service, herunder to polstret lounger og paraply, er gratis for vores gæster fra marts til oktober!

*** Meget pænt møbleret, komfortabelt og smagfuldt. Hvert værelse er smukt indrettet. (Tjek billederne!) Dine børn vil elske de specialbyggede køjesenge. Køjerne har masser af hovedrum, så dine børn kan sidde komfortabelt i sengen og se tv. Og du vil elske King-Sized Simmons BeautyRest madras i soveværelset! Dronning sovende i stuen giver ekstra soveplads. Gulv til loft mørklægningsgardiner blokerer lyset, når du vil have privatlivets fred, og inkludere tiebacks, når du vil lade solen skinne ind (se, hvor meget glas vender ud mod stranden)!

*** Opgraderet Elektronik! Elektronik omfatter et 42-tommers 1080P fladskærms-tv + Blu-Ray / DVD-afspiller, en mini-stereo m / AM + FM + CD + USB + Bluetooth i stuen, et 37-tommers fladsk��rms-tv + dvd-afspiller i soveværelse og et 19 "fladskærms-tv + dvd-afspiller i køjerummet!

*** Alt hvad du behøver! Enhed omfatter kabel-tv, wi-fi internetadgang, fastnet telefon, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, fuldt møbleret køkken m / rustfrit stål apparater, to fulde bade og sove for op til seks personer.

*** Det er Aqua! Aqua er den førende ejendom på PCB, og er kun et par blokke gåtur fra Pier Park! Aqua er ogs�� praktisk til Frank Brown Park og andre attraktioner i området. The only slight problem we encountered (toilet would run) was handled in 15 minutes. It was nice being low enough to take the stairs if the elevators were busy, yet high enough for a great view.

Read the fine print and disclosures before booking. Outside maintenance on the balconies and patios took away from the ocean view.

We had to park on the side of the parking garage, was so afraid that our car would be towed. The other thing was that the guys at the beach were you get your beach chairs were extremely rude, there was one out of the four that was very nice, but the others were not. Other than that it was all good .

This room’s perks were the price, new sofa, comfy bed, cable tv and convenient 5th floor location! The unit had minimal signs of wear but is to be expected. It was fine for us and I would definitely recommend it to others. We enjoyed the location, visited Pier Park, Pineapple Willy’s, Triple J’s, Saltwater Grille, Pink Pelican Ice Cream and Goofy Golf.

A Wonderful Experience - As we have come to expect from Aqua

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (6 in total) have been coming to Aqua for the past 5 years. There is a reason for this. We have stayed at other reputable condos at PCB but once we found Aqua, we have not considered staying at another condo. The price, quality of the condos, amenities, and staff keep us coming back. Their staff (especially Robin in Reservations) answers any questions, helps us plan the most cost effective trip, and overall takes care of any issues we may experience. Without hesitation our family recommends Aqua to anyone wanting to vacation in PCB.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our third time staying at Aqua and had a great time. We stayed in unit 510 and it was very clean and well cared for. Lots of updates over the years. As for the property at aqua, although very clean, it is starting to show some wear. One of the elevators was hit and miss for the entire 2 weeks. The pool area was spotless as always but could definitely use some upgrades. The lounge chairs are in need of being replaced. The nice wood ones under the pergolas as showing their age. BBQs were very difficult to light but cleaned well every night. Staff around the property were always very polite and pleasant.

Great week in Aqua 510!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in Unit 510 - the condo was clean, well equipped and suited our needs. The location was perfect, being only 2 flights of stairs from the 3rd floor and the sky walk, but also doable down to the 1st floor since one set of elevators were closed for repair during part of our trip. The highlight of the stay, however, was the Owner experience. We had a death in the family that unexpectedly affected our check in date. She was generous and accommodating when we had to make changes to our stay. She went above and beyond, and her flexibility greatly reduced our stress level. I cannot thank her enough. Despite a sad beginning to the trip, things worked out beautifully, we had amazing weather and a great experience at Aqua Resort, Unit 510.

Beautiful 5th floor condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is as described. The master bedroom bedding is plain white which is fine. The pillows are typical hotel pillows so we went and bought our own; personal preference. The bunk bed bedding is different and actually much cuter in person. Good water pressure in the shower. The parking garage is convenient. After coming across the pedway to the resort, be sure to go past the elevators once you get over and turn right thru the glass doors and go down the aisle to the other set of elevators. So much faster! The free beach chairs were really nice to be included! This condo is decorated very well and the balcony is roomy. The two loungers were great to relax outside in the evenings. I would recommend this condo without hesitation.

Reviewer Comments: The resort itself is very nice, the staff is great...however, our condo wasn’t as expected...to the point I was going to request my cleaning fee refunded.....we arrived and there was food on the carper..there was stickey jelly, syrup peanut butter on the table that I had to clean. They must never clean the floors...every time we took a shower and walked from one room to another, our feet were black..totally ridiculous..reported the broken towel ring..was told they would take care of it..never showed..........not sure who is to blame, but not sure about coming back...just got back from gulf crest...night and day....perfection......so paying a cleaning fee and I basically had to clean the condo myself was ridiculous...

Enjoyed the Condo--Very Nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was nice and very clean. During our stay (Christmas) it was very quiet until the week after Christmas when the kids that were out of school came! The beaches filled up even though the temps were only near 60 degrees. The only small complaint we had was that there was no kitchen detergent for the dishes we washed by hand...only dishwasher pods. Generally, condos furnish a small container and also one pod for washing clothes. We had to buy washing machine liquid for one load of clothes we washed.The bed in the bedroom was very, very comfortable...we like a firm mattress and this was NO disappointment.This condo was close to Shuckum's Oyster Bar which was nice...just across the street.The parking garage was nice. Overall, we enjoyed this facility very much and would recommend it to others. Just bring your own liquid for washing dishes and clothes!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in room 510 for a week, the Condo was nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The only negative would be the bed frame and mattress in the master bedroom looked good but not very comfortable. The construction next door at Hyatt Place was loud and annoying while trying to relax poolside. As far as the pools are concerned, they were both small for the amount of people that stay at Aqua. The pool was also poorly maintained. There was debris in the pool and never saw anyone check the pool chemical or clean in or around the pool area. The parking was no problem and easy to get in and out onto the street. We took the stairs from the 3rd floor where you access the rooms from the parking garage or to and from the pool area often due to issues with the elevators. We saw people on several occasions waiting 10 minutes or more for an elevator. Last but not least, on Thursday around noon the entire complex was without air conditioning due to what we were told was for routine maintenance, the AC was not even operational when we left Friday afternoon, a day early. Not to mention the whole complex was without any power for a couple of hours while trying to get the AC on. To our dismay, because the air conditioning was not operational, and the power being off we showered in the dark and we left Friday. We Still don’t understand why routine maintenance was scheduled when there was a heat advisory. We were compensated for basically 1 night for the inconvenience which was nice, but the overall condominium complex was not great.Aqua is within walking distance of Pier Park and other Restaurants but overall we would not go back there. Really needs a lot of updating and maintenance to the property
