Step inside to a bright, open-layout living space where everyone can settle in easily. The large sectional sofa is perfect for movie nights after a full day at the beach or biking around 30A. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, refrigerator with ice maker, oven, and microwave, giving you everything needed for meals at home. The dining table seats six, and the eat-in kitchen offers an additional six bar stools so everyone has a place to sit. A shared bathroom and laundry area are conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, cozy couch, treadmill, direct access to the pool area, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combo.
Guest Bedroom 2: Two queen beds with access to the shared bathroom.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods
