No expense spared in this breathtaking 3 Bedroom 3 Bath End Unit Condo located at the Hidden Dunes in Panama City Beach. As soon as you step foot inside you will be shocked with the attention to detail these owners have applied to the unit. The entryway, highlighted by a beautiful chandelier, sets the stage for the rest of the unit. After the entryway you come to the formal dining table. A large beautiful table that seats 6 will set the stage for unforgettable meals with your family. Cooking the meals will feel like you are right at home with the fully stocked kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances including the range with dual ovens allows baking 2 dishes at once. If you need seating for more than 6 don't worry, 3 bar stools and an additional dining table that can seat 4-6 will fix that!

The sleeping arrangements are; A gulf front master bedroom with a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and the living room couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa.

3 Bathrooms minimize congestion, the master is breathtaking with a separate jetted tub and walk in shower! The other 2 bathrooms are beautiful as well both with tiled shower/tub combos.

The private wrap around balcony with adirondack furniture is the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets that PCB has to offer. Come see why they call them "The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches".

THE HIDDEN DUNES RESORT IS NO LONGER PET FRIENDLY

The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands,

Hidden Dunes is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

This condo is extremely spacious and beautiful! Biggest complaints: at least one elevator was always down. One time we had to climb stairs to 16th floor! Washer needs a stool so short people can reach inside to get clothes. Dryer was awful! Needs to be repaired so it will dry better. Has extra ice machine, but it was filthy and didn’t make much ice. Ice maker in fridge never made ice. Tv remote batteries need to be changed. Would definitely stay again!

Was told at 2:00 pm that the room would be finished in the next 30 minutes finally at 4:45 the room was finally cleaned. We shouldn’t have to wait that long to get in a room when check out is at 9 o’clock in the morning, especially when promised that it would be ready by 2:30 by the cleaning staff. Also let the property manager know they were several things that was broken in the unit was towed that on Monday they would get in contact with us to come make repairs. Never heard from anybody from the property management about getting anything repaired.

Condo was exactly as described in the description. Very spacious well decorated. Accommodated my family pool was super helpful being that my dad is handicapped and is in a wheelchair. The lift to get in and out of the pool was amazing. Made my dads experience even that much better considering he hasn’t been able to get into a swimming pool in quite a few years.

Best place we have ever stayed and we have been coming here all of my life. The only thing we had a problem with was that you only get two parking spaces and we absolutely need three. We would really like to stay again but can’t for that reason

This is a well maintained and beautiful property. It is very spacious and in a great location for families away from many of the college spring break hangouts. There was initially a discrepancy in the accuracy of the listing, but once the owner was notified, this was corrected. Be aware that you will receive communication from the property manager and their customer service staff. It is helpful to remember who you are speaking to if any issues arise. The absolute only downside to this property is the lack of a hot tub. If that is not important to you, I would highly recommend staying at this property.

The condo was amazing. There were empty drink bottles and beer under bed but no big deal. Condo was amazing. Would rent again but left early because it rained most of trip!

My husband and I, along with our kids and their friends spent a wonderful week at this property. It is absolutely beautiful and as advertised. We had a total of 10 people and could have easily brought a couple extra friends with more than enough room. Highly recommend this property and will return!

First of all, would like to say anytime at the beach is always fun! The condo was very spacious for our group with plenty of room for all. Views from the balcony are spot on. The place was well decorated and cared for. Pictures of the place are pretty close to what is advertised on the website. Communication with ECDI and with owner was very hard to get answers from but wasn't a deal breaker. Small things that needed to be fixed were the shower leaked around the glass that's in the 2nd bedroom with the king bed. The towel holders to both 2nd and 3rd bedroom were loose and need to be fixed, maybe putting a chair in the bedroom with the two queens to make it more functional for those staying in that room.... but minor details. Parking was easy. Security personnel were very helpful, kitchen well stocked, utility room was nice with the icemaker. All in all, the place was VERY nice and would like to have the opportunity to stay here again.

The room was awesome. Great view, decorated really nice, big roomy condo. The only bad thing was communication with the property manager. There were no parking passes left in the room. I emailed, called, and sent messages through VRBO for 4 days with no response. Finally someone just came by the room and gave us 2 passes. It was aggravating having to stop and talk to security every time we entered the property, but the thing that was really ticking me off is no one was responding to me. I have no idea who it was that finally brought the passes because they just handed them to my wife and left. I still have not had a response from the management company at all. We loved the room and whoever the owners are did a great job, but they may want to have a talk with the property manager.

BEST WEEK EVER in this AMAZING CONDO! This was the most beautifully decorated condo I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are gorgeous, and they don’t even do it justice! We had 6 adults, one 6 year old, and a 9 month old and we had more than enough room throughout our weeklong stay. One of our favorite things were how the rooms/beds were setup. We loved that two of the rooms had king beds and the third room had 2 queen beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc. Everything was very clean and ready to be “lived in” for a week. I typically wash all dishes and wipe everything down upon arrival to a condo, but I didn’t need to do that with this one. We loved the view from the balcony. We spent so much time out there. If you are afraid of heights…this isn’t the place for you because it is very high up! It was also a nice bonus that the condo came with chairs and we didn’t have to rent extras each day. The location of the condo is great because it seemed to be a lot less crowded since it was on the opposite end of Pier Park where all of the traffic tends to go. We don’t have any complaints, and hope this condo is available to book again next summer!
