Resort Improvement Notice
The resort is performing improvements from September 24, 2024 through June 27, 2026. Work may include stucco façade repairs, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the timing of your stay.

Resort Fee
• Shores of Panama charges a $97.20 resort fee, paid separately through a link provided before check-in. Guests must register vehicles in order to receive the parking pass for this unit.

Important Rental Information
• Late May through early August: 4-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• Early March through late April: 5-night rentals, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• January and February: Monthly rentals
• For shorter stay requests during restricted seasons, please submit an inquiry
• Maximum 2-week rentals from March through November
• For special requests, please contact Reservations directly
• Renter must be at least 18 years old
• Guests under 25 require a separate $500 refundable security deposit and photo ID
• The deposit is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition with no damages or excessive cleaning required
