First Floor, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Beach front Condo

Welcome to The Shores of Panama Unit 111 - Newly Renovated, Privately Owned, 1st Floor Condo with one of the best parking spots at the resort. No waiting on elevators or weaving through the parking garage. Sleeps 6 with 2 full bathrooms. Gorgeous views of the 10,000 Sqft. lagoon pool and the Gulf. Walk out the front door and be at the pool or the beach within seconds. The pool deck has a Tiki Bar and walk-up food shack. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or make your favorite cocktail. Free WiFi and cable TV.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bath, closet and a 40" TV. The Family room has plenty of seating with a full-size couch, loveseat, bar stools and a 42" TV. The bunk room has twin bunk beds, closet and a full bath attached.

The famous Pineapple Willy's is next door within walking distance along with several other restaurants, grocery stores and any other convenience you could need.

We are confident that you will enjoy our little piece of paradise as much as we do!!!

In order to enjoy all the amenities the Shores of Panama has to offer, there is a one-time $90 resort fee collected by the concierge upon arrival. This provides you with all the required bracelets that give you full access to the resort along with your parking pass that ensures you and only you can take advantage of your very own premier parking space.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this awesome condo! Brad and Alexandra were excellent hosts! They were so quick and helpful to respond to questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth. The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean and well maintained. I loved the pretty beach themed decor throughout. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with useful appliances, dishes and cookware. We LOVED not having stairs or an elevator to deal with on the bottom floor...as well as having a reserved parking spot about 20ft from the front door. Looking out of the sliding glass doors at the beautifully landscaped pool area and seeing the sugar white sand was magnificent! We loved that we could walk to Pineapple Willy's and that WalMart was so close. We will definitely stay again!! Planning our next trip now!

This was the most convenient place to stay. First floor, perfect parking spot, bed was comfortable, very clean with excellent water pressure.This was our best ever vacation.The owner (Brad) was awesome. Most definitely will be staying here again.

Amazing room!

Shores of Panama is one of my favorite places to stay and this room was beyond amazing! Very clean and spacious. We loved being on the first floor and that our parking spot was right out the door. Brad is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend booking your vacation with him.

Wonderful condo and beautiful beach!!

The condo was excellent and on the first floor with easy access to parking and the pool and steps to the beach!! Close to great restaurants as well. Owners couldn’t be nicer or more attentive to the needs and wants of the people staying there. We had a great time and will be back!! My absolute favorite condo to stay in at PCB. Ground floor condo with ground floor parking! Top tier WiFi, air conditioning, water pressure, and cleanliness. Comfortable and clean couches. Tiled floor for easy clean up! The host is an excellent communicator, friendly, and very helpful! We will definitely be returning soon!

First Experience on Ground Floor Was a Hit

Our family has been to PCB 4 years in a row now, this was our first stay at Shores of Panama. We liked the pool, the location overall, and the cleanliness of the building. There was a mix of families and then a lot of college/teen groups (that was less than ideal). But, overall it was pretty good. This is a crowded area of PCB, and there was a lot of trash on the beach late at night or early AM (but then it would mostly get cleaned up after that). The pool here was great - very large. Being a ground floor unit there was SUCH ease getting in and out to go to the pool or beach, or shopping. No waiting on elevators. But this also means you don't get that awe-inspiring views of the beach (which I did miss). With children, though, having the convenience is very nice. The unit was great - beds were comfy - couches were comfy - kitchen had most everything you'd need. Positives:- great check-in process and the owner called me before our vacation - I've never had a condo owner do that- great building that is kept very clean- easy parking with the reserved spot- so convenient to get to the beach, pool, or indoor poolNegatives:- no beach view to speak of- not much amenities in the building itself, but you don't really need much anyway- a little bit of fish-bowl feel on the patio/deck - but overall, you get used to itMy husband says he'll never fight an elevator again. I am up for debate - I really did miss the views. We'd stay here again though.

Me and my family spent a week at the condo,per our arrival the hosting party was 100% accommodating to our early arrival and cleanliness of the condo was what we expected.The accessibility was outstanding as it sits first floor right on the pool,couldnt ask for anything better especially if you have kids.Very close drive or walk to all activities shopping,dinning,beach fun ect...already setting up for next sping season stay.You will not be disappointed with your stay at this condo.

Nice Get away

We have always been big fans of Madeira Beach however with the recent hurricanes we needed to find a new place while they are recovering from the devastation. We enjoyed PCB and the condo fitted our needs fine. Parking spot great, host fantastic and kitchen stocked well for cooking in. We would certainly return again!

The absolute best condo at Shores of Panama!

I have been coming to stay at shores of Panama for many years and this condo was by far the best one I have ever stayed at. This is a first floor condo with a parking spot you can’t beat! The interior of this condo is very well maintained and decorated. The WiFi, air conditioning, and water pressure is absolutely top tier. Completely tiled for easy cleanup! The couches were so comfortable and clean it felt like my own at home. The pool access is steps away so no need for stairs or the elevator! The owner maintained excellent communication the entire time. I highly recommend this condo!

Short family getaway

The resort was in a great proximity to all the things we wanted to do. The condo was on the ground floor which was great for us, because we had small children. Also, this property comes with a reserved spot that is seconds from the entrance. We never had to use the elevator. The property was clean & nice. The owner was very helpful & accommodated all our needs in a timely manner. He was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! We plan to stay again!

Great stay!

The condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked on us during our stay. No elevator needed and perfect location to the pool. Best parking spot too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Condo!

The location of this condo made our trip 1000 times more enjoyable, you can walk out your door a be steps away from the indoor pool, your parking space, the outdoor pool and beach. The owners were so sweet and contacted us prior to arrival to answer any questions we had, even let us check in early. Everything was just perfect we will definitely book this property again next year!

Wonderful!

We loved our stay before we ever arrived. We had last minute change of plans due to an event being moved for one of our children. The owners were so understanding and worked with us on making the necessary changes and refunding us for two days we would not be there. We had a minor mishap at the beginning, but again, the owner was amazing and problem Ed solved the matter immediately. We were not inconvenienced in any way and appreciated all that the did to ensure we had a good experience. We can't wait to come back! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals, do laundry and relax comfortably! Thank you again to our gracious hosts!

Location Location Location!!

The condo is on the first floor with an amazing view of the pool. We have a teenager so being able to give her "space" while keeping an eye on her from the condo was great. The kitchen was set up so I could cook for my family. The kitchen had everything I needed to make home-cooked meals. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, with an infant washing clothes is a necessary evil. During our stay here it wasn't a burden to do the laundry. The condo was clean and well taken care of and nicely decorated. It was a little cooler than expected but being right across from the indoor pool/hot tub, to soak and swim, was a nice benefit. The access to the beach and local restaurants was great and a nice benefit especially since everything was within walking distance. Take the advice from the owner and go to Walmart early or late because it is very busy. The reserved parking spot was fabulous! It was located right across from the lobby entrance which made loading and unloading so simple. We didn't have to look in the parking garage for a spot which was nice. The owners were very attentive and accommodating even calling us on our way down to let us know we could check in early if we liked. All in all the condo is a great place and a great stay. We will book this condo the next time we come to PCB.
