Pelican Walk 305 has all NEW wood look luxury vinyl tile Flooring & NEW Paint throughout! The kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinets, countertops, & fixtures! There is a NEW sofa & love seat in the living area and NEW sleeper sofa in the den area!

Your family will enjoy two separate living areas with a twin trundle bed and the queen sleeper sofa, and two recliners in the den area! The dining & living areas walk out to the large wrap-around Gulf front balcony. This unit is a corner unit on the 3rd floor overlooking the east side pool. Easy access to the center steps to the pool & beach! There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.

Enjoy waking up to breathtaking beach views from the King bed in the Gulf front primary bedroom. The adjoining primary bath features a garden tub with shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and adjoining full bath, with a separate tub & shower area. In the den area is a NEW queen sleeper sofa and a twin bed with trundle.
