The two homes are connected by a breezeway that makes a perfect home for a large family that either wants a private area in back or leave the doorway open for children. The exterior of the home has the best of both worlds with the gulf 60’ away in the front and a private serene backyard in the back. The dolphins are a daily site from the front porch! The back has a canal that brings in various herons and cranes for the bird lovers. In the evenings you can enjoy a fire by one of two fire pits and view the stars without any light pollution!
