Come enjoy Happy Hours at Alligator Point, FL! This newly listed updated waterfront home on the Forgotten Coast boasts beautiful canal and bay views while being only minutes to the beach by foot. Ample parking is available and an elevator makes unloading groceries a breeze. Enjoy a drink at the tiki bar while soaking in the sound of the waves and the sights of the tropical gardens as the kids play shuffle board or corn-hole. Take a walk down the winding lit path where you will find kayaks and your own private dock. Feel free to wet a line or just read a book and listen to the fish jump. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys and umbrellas as well as a beach cart can be found in the large guest-accessible storage downstairs. There is a fully enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water that's perfect for rinsing off after enjoying a day on the beach or the boat!
Make your way up the elevator to find a large full-length covered, screened in porch complete with a dining table for six, a bar, and a seating area perfect for entertaining. A gas grill sits overlooking the bay so you can cook your masterpiece and not miss out on the party.

Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing those delicious meals after a day enjoying the beach. Anglers will appreciate pans for searing, roasting and baking. A large dining table offers ample seating for six. Make your way into the inviting living room and enjoy some board games or movies on the Smart TV. Wifi is included and smart TVs are provided in each bedroom. The master bedroom carries the theme of the Forgotten Coast with shiplap walls and a locally sourced Old-Growth cypress headboard. The master has a king bed with ensuite bath and shower as well as a walk in closet. The two queen bedrooms each have their own views of the water. They share a full bath with tub and shower. Closets are in each bedroom as well.

Enjoy the beautiful beach sunsets while watching Dolphin chase schools of fish! Sea turtles nest during May through October. Wildlife abounds and Bald Eagles, Ospreys, and even Black Bears are commonly spotted. The bay is abundant with Trout, Redfish, Black Drum and Tarpon. Come enjoy a little slice of heaven off the beaten path at the Forgotten Coast!

Hands down one of the nicest vacation rentals we've stayed at. The location was perfect. Right on the canal with kayaks to explore and just around the corner was this beautiful quiet beach. The home was just excellent all around. Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, outdoor shower to (rinse off that sand haha) great seating areas inside and on the screened porch. We just really enjoyed our time here. Our host Heidi was super communicative as well. Highly recommend.

Great family, friendly house!

Great location, walking distance to the beach public access. Fished in the canal off the pier, lots of room underneath the house for entertaining. Equipped with all the things you need for outdoor fun. House has two kayaks available, ping-pong, table, beach chairs, and wagon. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and a large screened in porch. Definitely one of our favorites!

Wonderful Getaway

We loved our week at Alligator Point! The house was spotless and was also extremely comfy. We really loved spending time on the porch. The elevator was also an added plus as my parents visited with us (ages 70 plus). Heidi has thought of every detail with this vacation home. You won’t be disappointed in booking with her!

Great Place to Stay

Happy Hours was an amazing place to stay! The elevator was super helpful for our mother who uses a walker and with loading and unloading luggage and groceries. The screened in patio was our favorite place to hang out, very serene surroundings! The home itself was spacious, clean, and very cozy!! Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. If we're ever in the area again, we'd 100% want to book Happy Hours again!

Perfect & Exactly As Advertised

Heidi, our host, was an absolute gem throughout the entire process. She was so friendly, prompt and proactive—great communication skills! The house was clean, well organized and exactly as pictured. The furniture and rooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate family time and the views from the upstairs porch are great. The first floor amenities like games under the house were also a cute and thoughtful touch. Ovrerall a wonderful house and a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!.

More than just Happy Hours

What an amazing property, we will be back! The home is everything we could have hoped for and more. The elevator made unpacking and packing so easy. The home is very clean and has everything you need and kid friendly. The owner is wonderful, and easy to get ahold of. The kids had the best time on the kayaks and fishing off the dock.

Could Not Have Asked For Better!

Upon walking in, the home looks just like a picture from a magazine. It is so beautiful and clean with ALL the comforts of home. If there was anything not at my fingertips I cannot imagine what it would have been. Heidi has TRULY thought of EVERYTHING. She stayed in contact to ensure our expectations were met. Better than expected! Great value!

We booked a last minute coastal getaway and had so many Happy Hours at Happy Hours! It looks super cute online, but even better in person! The huge back porch was perfect sipping coffee and wine. I felt safe allowing our kids to walk to the beach - the walk is maybe 5 minutes. I'm really particular about cleanliness - it was really clean! It is clear the sellers put a lot of thought and pride into their home. We look forward to returning!

A Beautiful Versatile Location

If you are looking for a place to connect with family in a quiet neighborhood but still be close to day-tripping the Big Bend attractions look no further. The house is beautifully decorated- has a fantastic layout and you can’t say enough about the large screened in porch to sip a cocktail and play some cards with the fam. It was a great experience all around- from the property to the hosts!

New Favorite Place

We've been going to Panacea for 20 years & this was our first time actually staying on Alligator point. We always just drive in to the beach, but OMG this was the WAY to do it. Walking down to the beach in the morning with coffee or at night with some cocktails was SO fun. It was such an adorable house -- perfect shade on the dock, quick walk to the beach (5 min max) & loads of space to spread out! I really can't say enough about the house & all the things there are to do! They've thought of everything--kayaks, games, porch swing, beach towels! This is our family's new favorite spot. For sure. thanks so much for sharing this amazing find with us:)

Amazing home

This vacation home was fantastic. It was very well equipped with everything you could us for a relaxing stay. The homeowner was great ti work with and extremely patient with the million questions I asked as I had not been to the area. The screens porch was the perfect place to spend the day with beautiful views. The kayaks were a big hit with the kids. We definitely look forward ti renting this home again!!
