"We just had one night here after a stay in Toraja before a flight out. Walking distance to the fort and lots of food options around.
The room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety and we were super impressed! Less than half an hour to the airport too. "

Men personalet i receptionen, var fuldstændig uinteresseret i at hjælpe os, da vi havde en del problemer. Deres engelsk var mega dårligt. "

"the checkin was super easy and smooth.. front desk clerk came and opened the door upon arrival, big smile on his face and from then on i had a new friend in Makassar.. any questions i just asked him and not only did he answer them but would tell me better way or place than what i was thinking.. the food in the restaurant as well as the service was perfect.Coto Makassar huge sreving and just ENAK.. "Good locations. Great service especially the security team who help us parked the car as carpark spot was limited. They provide kind a valet services without extra charge.
I would be perfect if the staff can provide 2 swipe cards per room instead 1. It’s bit hassle to move around the hotel especially with other family member were in different level."

Ada ATM BCA sangat berguna bagi penginap.
Sayang sekali Saluran pembuangan di kamar lantai 5 TIDAK lancar akhirnya banjir pada saat mandi.
Handuk HARUS diganti karena tidak layak pakai, warna sangat KUSAM (handuk putih jadi kekuningan) mungkin hotel pakai air sumur dan tidak dilakukan penyaringan atau FILTERISASI."
