"A very well located family owned hotel where everyone knows your name. It’s also nicely decorated, kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to my next stay. "

"Las atenciones fueron de primera en especial de parte de el encargado muy atento , amable , buen trato , me encantó realmente las atenciones y la propiedad . Volvería !!"

"I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!"

"Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients. The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali."

"Spend 3 night there with my wife, we were very happy to be there and would have stayed more if we didn't just transit though Cali, definitely worth a stay "

"The included Breakfast is not good, very limited."

"Vi havde bestilt en suite og skulle forkæle os! Men hold op det var beskidt og slidt. Den seng vi skulle sove på var ikke engang en dyne på eller sengetøj ! Føj føj helt uacceptabelt ! Når man betaler så meget for ingen ting ! Håber hotel sender pengene retur se billeder. "

"This property was conveniently in proximity to the mall and the jardin plaza, however the hotel rooms do not have any complimentary tea everything you wanted you will have to buy. The breakfast was okay the variety just isn’t huge however if you are a bread lover you will highly enjoy overall a good day if you are not planning to be there long term and are a minimalist"

"Excelente servicio"

"El personal es muy amable pero definitivamente deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones."

We had no internet throughout our entire stay, and the management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the issue. What made matters worse was the dishonesty. We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our...
