"Owners never returned messages to allow us to access the property. Lost my payment and wasnt able to get a refund & had to book another room. Terrible do not recommend "
"The host whoever that evil person is the first night she was supposed to meet me at the Rendezvous place of whatever place it was didn't show up I waited for 4 hours in the dark with no phone call no nothing I called and called and called and called and nobody would answer for days I didn't get to stay one night on that boat that I thought was a cabin the boat was parked 200 yards out in the water and she expected me to get a kayak somewhere and roll out there with my luggage and belongings for...
"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.

"Really disappointing experience and room. Entered the room which smelled of dampness and stuffy climate, even the bed was damp top and bottom and so clammy to sleep in. There was dirty and the breakfast, yes there was almost nothing to choose apart from an opened packet of toast bread with jam and 2 kinds of cakes in paper and the area was not reassuring, so we each took a juice and a muesli bar and checked out and had breakfast somewhere else!"

The reception at the reception is a fantastic experience every time.
The apartment is really cozy, clean and well equipped. there is a nice large bathroom. The balcony is large and there is good furniture. There is always a parking lot, everything works well.
The beach is just across the street - we can't ask for more.
We will definitely come again.
