"As always it was a great stay. The room was a bit smaller than last. At the beginning of the trip the customer service was great we were greeted and taken care of. At the end of the trip the person behind the front desk was not very friendly, she wasn’t at the desk but left a sign saying she would be right back. "Our family loved staying here and we will be back! The hotel is located near shopping and dining which made it easier going out, especially with young children. The room was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept. We will be staying next time we go to Phoenix. "

"We stayed there for ten days with out of town guests and it was fabulous. The pool was amazing! It was clean and just the right temperature. The hot tub was nice too. The beds were comfortable and the staff was excellent. We had so much fun. "

Everyone (and I mean everyone) was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to be helpful which made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely book here again if we ever find ourselves out in Arizona. This hotel should feel proud to have such amazing people working here."

"Our room had 2 seperate private bedrooms with private full bathrooms. Bathtubs included. Lots of storage space in all areas. Private large sitting area with a work station and dining table. Full kitchen wih an oven. Front desk gave us a blender for use as well. Lots of towels were offered everday. "
