Featured on the 2024 Modernism Week Tour, this newly remodeled four-bedroom, three-bath estate combines timeless architecture with luxury amenities and a resort-style backyard. With dual primary suites on opposite ends of the home, an expansive saltwater pool and spa, and unobstructed mountain views, this property is designed for families, couples, and groups seeking the ultimate desert retreat. This home features a NACS (Tesla) electric vehicle charger with a J1772 adapter provided, allowing charging for most EV models. Beds: K, K, K, Q OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES The private backyard captures the magic of Palm Springs living with panoramic views, resort-style amenities, and plenty of room to relax and play. On one side, a shimmering saltwater pool with waterfall spa invites sun-drenched afternoons on chaise lounges or the cabana-style daybed. On the other, a shaded pavilion offers alfresco dining, a cozy fire pit lounge, and space for sunset cocktails under glowing desert skies. The expansive yard also includes a shaded lanai, built-in BBQ grill, hammock, bocce ball, and bean bag toss games for family fun. Towering palms and modern desert landscaping frame the space, creating a true private estate feel where every corner is designed for connection and relaxation. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. The property exceeded our expectations - conveniently located, gorgeous setting, huge back yard, and cozy interior. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again. Also the process for booking, checking in, and checking out couldn't have been easier.

What a yard!

The property was everything we could have hoped for, the rooms were sizeable, well laid out with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the garden and pool area had everything we could have wanted and so big the pictures don’t do them justice!

Fantastic getaway

Very comfortable stay for 6 adults. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Great kitchen for cooking breakfasts and lunch. The pool and hot tub were excellent and the views of the mountains made sunrises even more memorable. The property is as nice as the pictures show.

Long Women's Weekend!

Villa del Sol provided a wonderful setting for an extended weekend for seven women who have been friends for 34 years! The outdoor space, pool, lounges, with the perfect mix of sun and shade met all of our needs! The rental company was very communicative and responded quickly to any requests. Spectacular 4 Bedroom Mid Century Home

This mid century classic Palms Springs home was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked anything you needed. Also golf course next door. Very convenient to everything. The pool/spa and back yard was were we gathered and relaxed before Stage Coach. Would highly recommend this home.

Great place to stay

The place was beautiful. It had plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed the outdoor area. It was nice and quiet by the golf course. Easy access to walking, running and hiking. Quick Uber ride to downtown. The mgmt company was very easy to work with and even worked with us on a late check out. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous House - Best Neighborhood -Wonderful Family Vacation!

This house was beautiful, just as the photos show. We've been coming to this neighborhood (Clearly the best in PS) for 50 years and this was clearly our favorite house. It is so nicely (and newly?) designed, decorated and well equipped with special touches like a coffee grinder, soda stream (carbonator) etc. It was clean, clutter free, with plenty of space to relax and play outside or work remotely and it was well equipped for our family to gather for meals. ACME was easy to work with and communicated well. We’ll be back!

FABULOUS HOUSE

Absolutely loved this house. The house itself was gorgeous. Decorated total Palm Springs vibe. Huge house. 4 Large bedrooms all spaced out nicely for privacy. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything you could possibly need. Huge yard with pool, jacuzzi, covered patio. Loved the area. Quiet neighborhood yet close to down town palm springs, stores and restaurants. Property managers easy to get a hold of. Easy check in and check out. I usually have at least one negative to add but not here. We rent a lot in Palm Springs and so far this has been our favorite house.

The Perfect Vaycay Home Does Exist

Our experience staying at Villa Del sol was outstanding. The home is beautiful and has just the right Palm Springs vibe. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were configured for the perfect amount of privacy and luxury. The kitchen was beautiful, spacious, and well stocked. The outdoor space was perfect for pool time, meal time, evening, relaxing, and even spotting hummingbirds! The management company was responsive and communicative during our stay, especially when we needed the pool heated due to an unexpected cold weekend. We had a few minor hiccups while there (lightbulb out in the spa, lights on the porch didn’t turn on, minor kind of things) but there was nothing that interfered with us having a fantastic stay. Thank you for a great getaway!!

Very Nice

Property was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool had sun almost all day. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. A few negatives: hot tub temperature was not adjustable. Inside air conditioner could not be set below 74. (outside was 100). Outside cushions were very stained. Biggest complaint was that it had a bad smell, like someone had been smoking inside.

Great Friends & Family Getaway

I rented this house with some friends and family to catch up and have some summer fun in the pool. The place was even nicer than the pictures let on. We were pleasantly surprised to see how accurately it was represented online. Everything was clean. Beds, couches, furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything (including little paper umbrellas for drinks). We had a dog with us and were greeted with a lovely treat box for her including; treats, a toy and a bandana to put ice in and keep her cool in the summer heat. This space easily accommodated all 8 of us. The bathrooms were gorgeous as well! I would highly recommend this space for large friend groups. We would definitely come back again!
